Had an amazing experience, felt very relaxed and safe with Kai

I reached out to Kai @ Holistic Minds because I struggle massively with the symptoms of fibromyalgia, depression and anxiety meaning that I suffer with chronic pain and struggle to manage my mood and emotions. I've had reiki before and found that it has helped, but I haven't had it consistently. We opted for remote reiki due to distance and to be honest, I was sceptical about it working. I was so wrong to have any doubts, it was a very successful session. I personally dislike phonecalls/videocalls, A LOT! But Kai has such a warm, welcoming, calming and friendly aura, they instantly put me at ease, that was before the reiki even started! I felt like a completely different person after the session. I felt lighter, in body and in mind and I felt as though I was managing my pain a lot better. The aftercare advice provided by Kai really helped me to carry that post-session feeling with me into my day. I will definitely be booking with Kai on a regular basis. Thanks so much!
