Having made an order within a few days the lampshades arrived, it then dawned on me that I had made an error when I made the order I asked for ceiling shades instead of table lampshade. I phoned to tell them of my mistake and they said no problem just send them back and we will replace them. I was informed that I would have to be at the back of the queue wich I was happy with. I offered to pay for the extra postage but thyIy said it was part of the service and in less than a week we received the new lampshade. I will most certainly use this company again and recommend them to all.

So far I've only requested samples from this company & so far they have been fabulous to deal with, so friendly & helpful. I will have no doubt in placing an order when I've made my mind up.
