I was contemplating wither to write a review or not but after discussing my experience and providing feedback to owner the response receive was EXTREMTLY SHOCKING. Quite shocking that a business owner would speak to their customers like that. I've been a loyal customer for over 2 years and over the years I must say that although the products are really good and do work the customer service and the logistics is TERRIBLE especially the customer service and this has been ongoing issue for the past two years. I would highly advise probably seeking some form of customer service training. On this occasion it took me 3 weeks to receive my order and it was ONLY when I had messaged on snapchat to bring to her attention (which she was rude and nonchalant) I actually received it a few days after may I had this is not the first, second or third time this has happened

My package never came, claimed it was sent twice with tracking numbers that didn’t show delivered. Refused to resend package or return my money. I’ve heard the products our good. But customer service is the worse and delivery service is also very bad. I’m extremely shocked at how they deal with customers and has a rubbish refund policy. It’s been two month no package no money back. Can never recommend this for anyone, but I have got someone else with same product and better customers service.

I have used her products time and time again and it has worked. I have gone from a size 20 to a comfortable size 16 and I’m still on my journey.I have introduced so many friends and family as it’s the only thing that has worked for me.I’ve tried several other means but nothing else apart from HerbsByTifah works.On top of it she’s a nurse, so you know your getting good products

Excellent herbal products that actually work.It helped me kick start my diet and lost weight too. If you want to loose weight I'd say invest in these products

HBT are the best herbal weight loss products I’ve used. The products are helping me with bloating, cleansing and losing a few extra pounds. My favourite product is the appetite suppressant - I can barely eat after taking them in the morning. Would recommend these products!

Terrible customer service/relations.Usually, I am a calm and understanding person but £70 = a 7 hours shift.I only bought this product because it says I would get a refund if it does not work. It did not work and in fact I even gained weight and I went to the lady and she said “maybe it does not work for you then” and left it at that.I expected a further suggestion as a “nurse” and “health enthusiast”. It is your product aftetall, and I expected her to know it well enough to say, why don’t you take 2tbs instead of 1tbs or why don't you stop everything and start by introducing the product 1 by 1 into your system so we can pin point what went wrong....I would have welcomed any suggestion. I read raging reviews and was excited. £70 was not easy money to cough up, desperation is what brought me here but I guess I expected too much. Lesson learnt.

One of my best product that I’ve used is the appetite suppressant capsules, after taking these for only just one day it literally suppressed my appetite afterBringing lunch into work. I took about 2-3 spoons and that was it and I’m someone who likes to eat I’ll definitely recommend this product because it really did make a difference for me.
