Excellent service from start to finish and excellent customer service

Be careful after buying a car from this dealer over 7 months ago,I'm still waiting on them to fix a fault I've had, I was promised it would be fixed within 4 weeks of purchasing the car, and having called everyday for the past 3months it's suddenly gone quiet with no pick up on my phone calls. Not happy at all.

Customer service that outperforms main dealerships.I have on purpose delayed writing a review until I owned my car for a couple of months. ICONIC autos have cars from super luxury to more my price range, however, £8000 to me is a lot of money on a car. ICONIC made me feel like I was buying one of their high-end cars, the customer service was exemplar. No pushy sales just straight honest service. Test drive went fine and I bought there and then. I was pleased that they provided a 3month warranty for pease of mind. My car bang on the 3 month point developed a slight fault. I was dreading calling iconic as we all know how the story normally does. But to my surprise they took the car in and got it all sorted keeping me constantly informed of the progress. When the car was ready I was away with work and my wife had no way of collecting. They went above the call of duty and delivered my car to my house which was so welcomed. If I ever want to spend a large amount of money on a high end car I will without doubt give ICONIC a call. Team, thank you.

It was a real pleasure dealing with Ray. Very professional, polite, transparent and delivered exactly as he said he would. It's great to see an outfit like this operating at this market price-point. I will definitely be going back to him when I next need a car.

Terrible after sales, Car broke down,They had absolutely no interest in fixing it. After weeks of emails Back and forthI finally settled on a refund of £2,500 less than I bought for it.

I asked Iconic Autos to find the perfect car as a birthday present, but not did they only find the car they kept me the the loop of the whole process with car pictures details through out, as the delivery for the big day surprise was a week away they even stored the car and then had the car valeted before having it delivered to door at the requested time while we were out, they went beyond the normal just a big big thank you to Iconic Auto team and looking forward to give you the next car hunt

I can't recommend these guys enough. Our car had a few small issues after taking home and Iconic have helped with all of them in great time, great customer service.
