Willnever recommend this surgery..Doctors themselves are good specially Dr Hussani.. rest are good but its the surgery and the service.Horrible service, rude staff.. They never answer the call at first place and if they do they always have NO availability appointment.. and the strange thing is whenever you go to the surgery, they always sitting free without any calls but their lines are always busy WOW.. it is the most horrible GP surgery i have ever visited in my life. Whenever i need them they never there and i always end up in A&E . They better than them at least.. HORRIBLE.. definitely changing my GP ..!!

IM NOT A PATIENT HERE THANK GOD .BUT THE POOR CARE here once dr Nolan retired went down hill rapidly and continues too decline my friends tell me and I've reason to them I shud also say dr aggarewall helped my dad to die and my aunty and he's still been allowed to practice.uh if this was only gp surgery in Huddersfield id rather die than join here.and deverstating to read its decline.

Meltham Road surgery are very good and all the doctors are very professional. They will try to help you wherever they can. All my family have been with Meltham Road surgery for over 25 years and I must say it is best a knowledgeable practice and Doctor agerwall is brilliant. M A

Don't bother ringing. They don't/won't answer. I purposefully went in once after the phone was busy pretty much all day. I rang the surgery phone whilst actually STOOD in reception - funnily enough the phone behind the desk (which no-one was on) didn't ring but my phone still said it was busy. Can only mean they're leaving it off the hook. Someone came through from the room behind can I help you?"Just checking the phones were working I said. The look on that persons face told me what I needed to know."

The doctors themselves are good. However this surgery is completely impossible to contact. Line always busy doesn't even ring. Cannot get repeat prescriptions for myself or clients for weeks at a time. More chance of getting blood from a stone

I’m not surprised the rating on this surgery is terrible, had me waiting over 30 minutes later than my appointment to be seen, then another further 40 minutes just to send a prescription via email, to then be told to come back at the end of the day.

The receptionist told me 3 months ago she’d ring to confirm I registered, she did not. I’ve rang 10 times today and not once has it actually gone through, I need to pick up my repeat prescription but I can’t order it because they haven’t registered me nor will they pick up the phone. Go somewhere else if you actually want your medication

One of the worst surgeries in Huddersfield, the phone doesn't ring at all. No queue system.I don't even know my doctors name because I can never get an appointment when I require one. Think I was last in the surgery well over 3-4 years ago.Moving from this surgery due to the above and I reccomend you don't even bother joining them.
