Worse experience ever. Lady on the 18th of July working around midday with another male employee made feel in a rush not only me but the other people too. You should care about your costumers and provide a good experience instead of giving attitude like I saw today. Never be back again to this place, my nails looks awful too.

I’ve been a customer for a long time now and I I don’t have a single bad thing to say about the salon and the staff. They are lovely to me and members of my family who also get manicures and pedicures. Thank you guys ♥️

Felt I was rushed to choose colours for my nails and when I tried to explain to the nail technician, she consistently justified why she thinks she was not rushing me due to a sore throat. No attempt was made to understand why I felt rushed. Customer service was very poor. It's not a place I will attend to get my nails done. The maletechnician is nice and engages well with customers .

Very rude, made appointment and they had me waiting for 1 hour & still didn’t do my nails properly pay £40 for Gel and next morning allMy nails were coming off . Also speaking about me in there own language . All I asked was could he file my nails down a bit more . I wasn’t happy and I would never go back again

Worst nail place I have ever been to, I showed them a picture of the nails I wanted and they said they could do it, turns out they actually couldn’t do it. I asked for a specific shape and no one understood what I meant and kept repeating the same shape of French tip over and over. Until I tried to show them by doing it myself. At this point Wendy (the owner) said “he can’t do the shape you want he’s not an artist” “you should go back to your other nail technician who can do it for you” which is a bizarre thing for a business owner to say and I took this as I was not wanted. However I was not allowed to leave the shop until they had chopped off the horrendous looking acrylics which had been done so far. No wonder they have no customers or staff, I’m surprised if they even make a profit.Please don’t come here if you want a quality service and if you want to be valued as a customer.

I love coming here to have my pedicure or nails done. They are welcoming with a tea,coffee and biscuit. Brilliant selection of colours and nail polishes, gel, powder. They discuss what condition your nails are in and offer advise on nail care. They listen to what you want, as well as make suggestions. My favourite nail shop in London!

Absolutely horrible ! One of the worst manicure that i have done ! Very rude Thay woman with glasses, need go to another manicure tomorrow .

Worst nail shop in Beckenham, and I have been to most. I went in and they gave me an appointment to come back in 2 hours for acrylic removal and shellac. I came back at 2 and I was there for 45 minutes and my acrylics still had not been removed one woman was working on 3 peoples nails at once, which I can understand they are busy but I made an appointment that day they could have said they were too busy. It does not take an hour to soak off acrylic at any nail shop and leaving my hands in acetone for that long made them really itchy and after an hour without them even starting on the shellac I told them I would leave it and was charged £10 and wasted an hour of my time for them not even to have the aftercare every other nail shop uses when removing acrylics, I asked for her to shape them yet my nails looked worse than they did when I went in I’ve never been anywhere like this. Not to mention the attitude of the woman working who I expressed I was not happy with the service and she did not seem remotely bothered about customer satisfaction, very disappointing would never ever return or recommend.

I come to Tips and Toes for Gell manicures and pedicures etc. I 1st came here when I was in a wheelchair and they help me inside and were so welcoming and helpful. They always produce great nails and their prices are really good. They also have a good loyalty scheme. Staff are friendly and all very efficient. Highly recommend
