Amazing 4D scan. So friendly and helpful. She wasn't happy with how clear the scan was with his position so rebooked us in for another go!! Really nice place!

I would not recommend here. Although the staff is very nice and the facility looks good. But the doctors are not professional enough. I scheduled a test to see how many follicles I had and the doctor just took a long time to find my left ovary and she only ended up counting 6 follicles out. I'm only 25, which is obviously not normal, so I went to an ultrasound clinic in another city today to check and found out I had 18. Disappointed they are not very serious about their work, maybe it's the limited skill level, but I wasted £100+ and a month time on this.

The ladies at my scan were absolutely lovely!! They made us all feel really comfortable. We had to bring our four children and Granny along with us and the ladies were absolutely brilliant with the kids. They made them feel included and explained everything they were seeing on the screen in detail and answered all their questions!We had never experienced a 4D scan so it was a lovely first experience for us all!I would absolutely without a doubt recommend Gateshead Baby Bond (Ultrasound Direct).Thank you so much for making our experience so special :)

Absolutely fantastic experience. Already had our 20 week scan at hospital but wanted a second opinion on gender and also to be able to take my parents in too. Sonographer Jo was fantastic and knew exactly what she was looking at, very informative and friendly. Assistant Naomi was so welcoming, really made us feel at home. Whole experience recommended.

My mam paid for a gender scan, I was sceptical about the price and value for money but what an amazing experience! It was magical to share thIS with our our mams and son. We were able to all find out the gender together and watch him move about, there wasn't a dry eye in the room! The room itself was clean and homely, the sonographer was lovely, kind and genuinely happy for us. I would definitely recommend I loved the experience.

We have been to the Sunderland ultra sound 3 times now, for an early reassurance scan, a gender scan and then just 2 days ago we went for a 4D scan, every time has been great, but the 4D scan was amazing, made even better by the lady we got, I can’t remember her name (her daughters name is daisy)You could tell how much she enjoyed her job, she took her time, we didn’t feel rushed, she explained everything from start to finished, answered any questions we had and just made it an unforgettable experience, she was also very generous with the scan pictures and videos. I would highly recommend.

What a wonderful experience, we are having our first baby and it’s such a nervous and exciting time. We have now been for 3 scans and each time all of the staff were amazing. Our gender scan had to be done a second time as baby was all tucked up and no matter how hard they tried she just wouldn’t let us know. They were so professional and re booked us in for another scan straight away free of charge. We were not disappointed at all as we still received all of the photos from that scan and we got to see our princess again a week later. Thank you so much @ultrasounddirectsunderland

Had a 4D bonding scan at nearly 33 weeks. Would definitely recommend it. As further on on pregnancy there was less chance of seeing baby. With a little help to move baby around by jumping and patting, baby moved to reveal some amazing images. It was great to take my Mam and Dad as well as having hubby there too. Staff were very friendly and attentive.

Came here for my first scan and was so relieved and reassured by it. Definitely made it a better experience with such lovely staff especially jo! She made me feel so comfortable when getting my scans done.Also megan was lovely☺️
