I came in on Monday to buy a guitar and Michele and Brent could not have done more to make the experience a pleasurable and memorable one.They were so lovely, friendly and chatty and could not have done more to help me with my purchase. They had such a great working relationship that was lovely to see and Michele was making sure everyone who walked in was greeted and felt welcome.I really can't put in to words how fantastic they were and how good they made me and no doubt the other customers feel, which is unfortunatley such a rare experience these days, when it is sadly needed the most.I would like them both to be recognised for the amazing job that they are doing and how great they made this customer feel, as no doubt they will be having such a positive impact on the business. I can imagine that some people may be distressed at having to sell some of their products due to financial difficulties and no doubt these staff will make that experience so very much easier for them.Thank you!!! :)

They will offer you slightly more than another branch but a little bit sneaky that when you extend a buyback your balance does not go down you still need to pay the original buyback balance thereby making them profit And increasing the cost of your loan and your product Luckily for me I found a seller And we'll use the payment to complete the buyback However I will probably end up breaking even Now and they have increased The cost of Buy back charge by 100%. I understand if that is how they do it fair enough but it should be made clear because when they take the payment It's roughly the same amount you would have paid on top Of the money borrowed for the buyback! It is slightly deceiving if you are not used to this kind of process or arrangement As I never used the service before and was handling a product for someone else, it's ludicrous. all they need to do is make the process clear below taking payment or in a simple leaflet I'll check later I don't think even the agreement mentions that extending the payback. Doesn't deduct the balance to be honest it really think it should
