I have had couple of reasons to contact Able Care in last few months, each time staff been so helpful and gone out of their way to help me find the right product. Aberdeen store laid out well easy to negotiate. A with all stores there is always issue of products on the wall which means as wheelchair user you always gave to ask for assistance which is no problem for staff but makes me feel less independent. I do wish website would expand to show products as I often research what I am looking for when I can't sleep at night unfortunately with Able Care I need to wait until they are open to ask for specific product availability it is possibly an area to look into considering demographic of customer base. The last comment does not deflect from friendly, helpful, knowledge service from staff it is more getting balance right in this ever increasing online presence and we do not want to lose niche shops like this from the High Street.

Just days out of hospital after a life changing Op and required a chair suitable for my long term needs, this was my first visit.Worrying about buying the wrong thing beforehand, i needn't have worried.Jake,the member of staff who assisted us was very knowledgeable, understanding and is a credit to the company. Jake talked us through various options and i can honestly say we are more than happy with our purchase. Service went way and above what was expected.Thank you Able Care Aberdeen.
