Had a wonderful break with a group of friends at The Old Manse. Location and views are stunning, and the house is decorated beautifully. Attention to detail was on point. Already looking forward to our next visit.

We stayed at The Old Manse over Christmas and we couldn’t have chosen a better place. The location is perfect for exploring the highlands and of course Loch Ness which is literally a stones throw across the way. There are also many walks through the forests that you can take and get even better views over the stunning vistas when you reach the top. Inverness city centre is a 15 minute drive and is well worth a visit to explore the shops, restaurants and bars as well as the historic places of interest such as Inverness Castle.The house is beautifully decorated and furnished to a very high standard. The kitchen is extremely well equipped and spacious, we catered for 11 without any problems.Our room had a four poster bed with an en-suite shower room overlooking the loch. The mattress and bedding were extremely comfy and luxurious. Bathrobes and slippers were also provided.We would recommend the Old Manse for a luxury stay especially if there is a large group as the house can accommodate this without feeling cramped for space.We will certainly be going back for another visit, or two

Magda was so lovely and helpful before and during our stay at the old Manse. Fantastic location and scenery surrounding the house.The house itself was beautiful. The attention to detail in the decor and amenities was perfect. Everything we needed was available for us to use. Loved the historical feel throughout the house and Scottish touches throughout the house.

Stunning location, stunning fit out and the most comfy beds ever! The house is such a treat - you can’t fail to not relax; spent hours watching the world pass on beautiful sofas and treated ourselves to a chef for the night which was simply exquisite! Amazing value for money !!

I had the most wonderful stay at The Old Manse as part of a group of 12 people. We stayed at the property for a week and were blown away by the house and the surroundings.The location is perfect, with incredible views of Loch Ness (and less than 30 minutes from Inverness Airport!). There are a number of great walks from the house and the scenery is stunning. The house itself was spacious enough for 12 people to live very comfortably for a week. Each room was beautifully decorated and the attention to detail throughout the house was exceptional. The kitchen was fully equipped and we enjoyed dining together in the dining room that looks onto the loch.The hosts were fantastic and ensured we had the perfect holiday. I would thoroughly recommend this property and cannot wait to book our next trip. Hopefully next time we will spot Nessie!

We had an amazing 4 night stay at this property in December 2019. The property was beautifully presented both inside and out with each room filled with antique furniture, art & rugs. The beds were high quality and the pillows extremely comfy.The main positive of this property though is its location. The house is right on the loch front with 180 views up and down the Loch Ness. We discovered some great walking routes up in the hills behind the property and around the Loch.The management (who are on site) were discreet but very helpful throughout our stay and they were always on hand to help with tips and advice.Would recommend to anyone

We booked a 3 night stay here for a catch up with friends and had a great time. Magda was more than helpful, the house is beautiful and immaculately cleaned. Its in a great location for getting into Inverness and plenty activities locally.

A magical hotel overlooking Loch Ness. The hotel has beautiful rooms equipped with large comfortable beds, you can feel the atmosphere of peace and deep relaxation in this place.

This location was phenomenal. It was located very close to Inverness, but just far enough away that my party and I felt like we had privacy. The rooms were immaculate. They were spacious and beautifully decorated. We stayed for a week and I wish we could have stayed longer. Magda made sure every tiny detail was taken care of. Our stay and our wedding went off without a hitch. We were able to hire private dining (HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED) and were able to have a taste of the Highlands right in the comfort of the manse while feeling like we were dining at a Michelin-star restaurant. The Manse was so homey and cozy and truly made the trip to Scotland feel relaxing and special. Leaving felt like leaving home. We can't wait to come back and stay again.

Stayed here for a two day wedding. Ample bedrooms. Bathroom out of this world. Stunning view right of the tip of Loch Ness. 10 min drive from Inverness. Kitchen we loved, period layout and mixed traditional with mod cons integrated nicely.The wedding package.Built in church on the side of the house which was also beautiful inside.Catering team common dear the kitchen to make a second to none 3 course meal with all the trimmings.The Host Magda and ALL of the tesm where great and fun and friendly.This is a gem of a venue if you have a wedding to plan.We ate outside in the marquee in the evening. Luck with the blistering sunshine we had.Recommended for everyone. Church host well over 100 bodies if needs be.Weak point. Dont ALL jump on the wifi with phones. All the TVs are wifi netdlix rigged and signal struggles to host all the invaders lol.The house internally was stunning and very well decorated. It felt like a wee Scottish Castle. Look out for Bonnie Prince Charlie eye.
