Purchased a lightly used 2018 R1200RT from West Coast Moto mid January 2020 to commute on. Having looked at similar used ones at my local BMW dealer with many more miles this one made the most sense and I was happy with the package west coast put together for me. The service light came on the day of pickup. However the bike was taken to my local BMW dealer with instructions to do what was needed.My plans for commuting were obviously put on hold like many others last year so the bikes not been used much. The times I have used it though it's exactly like I expected having had an old 2013 RT there are big improvements and the weather protection fantastic and I'm getting well over 50MPG even when not trying.I'd happily buy another bike from them and fully recommend anyone on the lookout either for a Harley or another bike to give them a try.

Staff, particularly William and Simon are brilliant. No hard sell, full of information, just great down to earth guys who know and are clearly are passionate about bikes. I would highly recommend going here if considering getting a bike, as an older novice, the advice I got was invaluable. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️service.

I have just bought a 2020 BMW 1250 GS from West Coast Harley. Everyone I dealt with at WCH were extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with, from Scott Hendry in sales to Kathryn Russell sales & finance administrator who made the whole transaction seamless and stress free. The service I received from the moment I made contact with West Coast Moto through to final sale and beyond has been absolutely first class.Scott Hendry was an absolute gentleman and kept me up to date regularly with the progress of my bike. I have since had a follow up phonecall to check everything is ok. I purchased a used Honda VFR1200F. The sales team were excellent and friendly. William was very helpful, he went above and beyond his job to help me out, he even dropped spare parts off at my house because I couldn't carry them on the bike. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone wanting to purchase a new/ used bike.

I enquired about a bike yesterday, in less than 24 hours, William had everything arranged for me. I part exchanged my previous one and collected my new one today. I received absolutely phenomenal customer service and would highly recommend them. I bought a nearly new Ducati Multistrada from them and they could not have been more patient and helpful. Bruce in sales bent over backwards to make sure every question I had was answered and put himself out when I was torn between two bikes … to the point of helping me load up the panniers at one point to make sure my luggage would fit! The after sales experience has been superlative too, with finance expert Kat helping sort a great deal and a brilliant warranty to keep me biking. With West Coast Harley and Moto, the boss and his team have built a family buying experience: you’re not just buying a bike … you’re buying into their world, and I’d highly recommend it. If you’re looking for a new bike - be it HD or a used other make - head in and ask for Bruce. You won’t regret it.
