Had a serious lower back problem in 2022.Had difficulty walking and the pain was relentless. My upper body tilted to the left and my right leg was almost numb - I didn't realise this at the time.The program of treatment eased me back upright. My leg became normal.The pain ceased. The ongoing treatment helped me get back to a state of normality. Walking with my dogs, climbing styles and over walls became their usual ease. Getting in and out of my car which was agony, reverted back to normality.The advice given keeps me pain free in everyday life and my reduced visits confirm I am on the right path.Can't fault the service. Every staff member has been professional with that personal touch.Highly recommend.

I have been attending sessions since 2019 & have received superb customer service from all staff I have interacted with over that time .The receptionist are excellent at their job they have a lovely warm familiarity that not only puts you at ease but also presents a friendly front of house for the business as a whole .Both Chiropractors I have seen while attending sessions have been excellent in ; manner, professionalism & a shared passion with me the patient, to seek a successful treatment & ongoing success . Always listening & being patient while understanding the needs of the patient . It’s a very professional practice with a clean , modern & calming layout .I do miss having a brew after a session but understood that covid put an end to that treat .I have referred many friends & my mum . The centre has an excellent reputation I came to be a patient after my partners successful ( near miracle !) treatment along with a friend who has come for many years .

A year ago I was in agony with a painful lower back which greatly affected my everyday life. My GP suggested a chiropractor may help and Thrive was one I had seen whilst driving past, so I contacted them.The receptionist explained how the ‘programme’ works so I decided to give it a go.I have received courteous and informative assistance from all the staff, especially from my personal chiropractor. After the first consultation, my back pain eased and after a few more sessions it completely disappeared.I still have monthly appointments with my original chiropractor, and am extremely relieved that any twinges, are worked upon immediately.The clinic is pleasant and spacious, the reception staff are extremely friendly, and the expertise of my treatment has made the world of difference to my everyday life. Would highly recommend.

I really enjoy coming to the practise. When you open the door the staff are extremely pleasant and helpful. Always willing to help with a smile. Chen my practioner is great. Always a smile and interestingconversation. Always leave after treatment feeling much better. After this regular treatment now my pains and discomfort are reducing and the need for painkillers is gone.

I have attended the clinic for over two years. There is always a lovely personal greeting on arrival from the smiling receptionists. Always go in on time for treatment and the care has been brilliant. The chiropractors are very professional and helpful with guidance and advice, I fully recommend them to anyone they are fantastic.

Every member of staff since we started have treated us as part of a family.They can't do enough for us. From our first phone call to our last session they never cease to be professional and above all else caring.
