Great food and staff. The boerewors are ace, so was the lamb. Gotta be cooked on a bbq, being at the beach helps.

Left Taunton for Portsmouth in 2019 and lost the quality biltong, wors and droewors which I used to receive there , thank goodness for the web which has given me Afribox and the online service provided - the products and delivery are superb , totally recommended.

This is one of the best SA shops I've been to. The meats are perfection and they have a nice selection of foods, drinks and other items. I highly recommend the biltong steaks if you go. Five star recommendation because that's the highest but I would give a million if I could.

Nothing less than 5 Stars will do from me! What can I say? Ive been enjoying Beef Jerky especially since the late 60's and never particularly liked the Biltong style BUT, I'm a convert now! The 'snap sticks' that Afribox produce are simply the best of the best. Even better than another well-known Dorset brand of Jerky! The level of seasoning is as close to perfection as you can get. I used to make my own but Ive stopped now as the products out there like these from Afribox are just so good! Keep up the quality and the flavour and you have a world beater here.

There I was in Taunton looking for where this place is and what led me there was the smell, I could smell the South African biltong goodness from maybe 75 yards away and i followed. This shop had all the little bits we look for and struggle toon and the guy (pardon my manners for not asking his name) knew his stuff. The best part is they make biltong and boerewors in there so it’s real authentic stuff.I apologise to my bank account for all the damage I’ll do to it now I’ve found this place
