Paul has done an amazing job on a small broken jar which was of great sentimental value to me. The work that he has done so beautifully has made the jar look even better than what it was originally! He has also repaired a crystal vase for me which had some chips, and it looks as good as new. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Only use this person if you want your pieces coming back with more damage than when you handed them to him. Vase with small scratch came back with bigger scratch on opposite side, returned to have this polished out and and now it has come back with a 'shell' knock which won't be fixable. Shocking.3/2/22I see that you have now responded to my review. Are you really suggesting that when I first handed the vase to your representative at Kempton that I chose to have one scratch repaired but decided to leave another? Don't be ridiculous. Your representative also went through the work with me at the time so please don't suggest that repairing your own mistake free was some kind of favour. You are quite correct that I accepted the vase when it came back the second time. It was at Kempton, I had a queue of people behind me and I only looked to see if the second scratch had been fixed. It was only when I took the vase completely out of the bubble wrap that I could see that you had damaged it yet again. Your response to my review will hopefully show others that you are interested only in avoiding responsibility for your carelessness and lack of professionalism. My advice is to avoid this company.

Wow! Massively impressed with the quality of work and service. I had two glass obelisks and a crystal ashtray repaired. They were in poor condition and have been returned looking like new. I didn't think it was possible. Cannot recommend highly enough! Thanks FK

A really excellent job.I had a broken glass from a set of six that I had kept for over 30 years.Too many stem pieces were missing to complete it but Paul Travers explained the issue and then managed to find,or create, a perfectly matching stem and assemble the repair almost invisibly.I am impressed by and very grateful for his skill and considerate approach.A high quality repair form a high quality service and business.

I have contacted Aldridge Glass to repair a chip on a crystal glass and their work has been fantastic, done quickly, professionally and at a reasonable price. They even dealt with a chip I completely missed. Communications have also been very good and timely. Overall I am very happy with the whole experience and I will confidently use again. Cannot recommend them enough!

Paul did an amazing job on my broken crystal decanter which I thought was broken beyond repair. The collection and delivery made it a very straightforward and smooth experience. I am very pleased with the result and should the need arise, will be returning in the future.
