1st time there. Good coffee, cakes very nice.Quite busy, had to wait a bit for coffee, was a bit if a queue but all handled well and staff good.

Nice staff and good coffee. The only negative is that the shop is starting to look and feel very tired. Time for a facelift.

Nicer atmosphere than most coffee shops, and an interesting selection of drinks with half decent coffee compared to the generics elsewhere. The staff seem friendly and motivated.

We ordered pot of tea for two and the service was very much *couldn’t be bothered*. The cups , tray , cutlery were unclean and as you would expect in most places when ordering tea for two, no hot water refill. All in all very disappointing experience. Not recommended for anyone who likes a little bit of hygiene.

Wonderful coffee and very lovely staff. It’s just in the heart of the high street which makes it ideal if you want to return on the same day. Vegan friendly.

The staff were polite and helpful. Our order was taken and completed in a timely manner despite them being short staffed and at a very busy time.Food was tasty. Drinks were nice.

Dirty plates all over the place, only two staff for the whole place, my discount didn't activate and no help was given. The only redeeming factor is the coffee. The best mocha frappe I have ever had, if only I had been given my discount and more staff had been hired.

I don't know what it is about coffee in the UK but it tends to taste a bit watery with little body and tends to taste bitter. This shop has the best coffee in Poole for our downunder tastebuds.

It OK but I did feel like the cleaning was more important than serving me. Three of the staff was just looking at me for about 10 minutes. The coffee tasted burnt and no care was involved at all. The food looks and reasonable but never tasted it. The price are ok at a chain store. Not too busy to you can sit down for a cup of coffee in peace and quiet.
