One room was completed on time and to a good standard.Hall and cloakroom floor was dragged out for weeks, there is a patch left unvarnished. Returned 3 times to ‘finish job’ but each time he returned it was not completed. No communication at all unless I asked what was going on. No dust sheets used so my new carpet in the lounge was damaged. Patched up a section of the floor with a cheap looking floorboard that didn’t match the rest. Overall very unhappy and asked him not to return again as I was so annoyed. He asked for payment before completing the job so was paid the full amount.

Richard and his team were excellent. Very thorough and were able to fit to our tight time schedule. Fantastic finish on the floors- would definitely recommend. Thank you Richard!

Richard and his team did an amazing job sanding our hardwood floors. They look so beautiful. They were professional and efficient and left our home clean and dust free. Highly recommend!

Richard and his team were incredibly professional, communicative and really focused on the quality of their work. We were thrilled to find people that understood that finish & effect that we desired, not over done & over polished, but instead really let the wood speak for itself and allow the natural beauty to shine through. They dealt with some extras and additions to the project wonderfully well, and were a pleasure to have in our home. Would highly recommend, and have done so already to other people on our street. Cannot go wrong!
