Kwik Fit - Morpeth

Booked appointment and bought new battery on website. Choose one of four batteries that were proffered for my exact car model. When arrived, was told selected (and purchased) battery did not fit and it required a smaller battery. A smaller alternate battery was fitted successfully and I drove away. Firstly, the alternate battery was considerably cheaper than the unit I'd purchased, but there was no refund (£217 versus £249). Secondly, it's a small matter but the car clock was not reset.

Awesome service. Went into get a puncture repaired. You team were very helpful. All sorted out in 30 mins.

Vv helpful staff. Identified a not normal problem with the tyre and suggested another company. Didn't even charge us. A lovely gesture after a not so good day. Would absolutely recommend

Really friendly service. Went for my mum and dad’s car. Tyre kept losing pressure and my father died recently so I wanted it fixed and safe for my mum. The guys couldn’t have been more helpful and sorted the problem for us.

Excellent service, but had issues trying to use price match. I had slow puncture, so unsure if new tyre needed. Price match mentioned when I bipooked in, and I priced up a few tyres, but none of these were available so I had to take what was on offer, still unsure how your price match works, sounds good, but that’s all

Happy with the speed of service, advice and staff. Only let down was my tyre pressure warning light came on a day or so after my visit and when I checked my pressures the fronts were at only 26psi and the backs were over 40 psi! I thought filling the tyres to the correct pressures when replacing them would be standard practice. It's a minor thing though and overall very happy.

Another really positive experience. Had badly cracked tyres and a slow puncture. Everything was very clearly explained in terms of the implications of not changing the tyres. I felt I was given honest and detailed advice so I could make an informed decision about what to do without being pressured. Great customer service 10/10

Our exhaust blew on our way to the Netherlands so a bit of a panic as a ferry had to be caught!Kwikfit Morpeth couldn’t have been more helpful. The gentleman who dealt with us made a special effort to obtain a new exhaust system and fitted it - all within 1hour and we were on our way again. Absolutely brilliant service, can’t speak highly enough….

Excellent service was in Tuesday for tracking done then there this morning for air con both jobs done with out a bother really quick and efficient and great customer service****************************************************************************************************I did rate it 5 star but now since finding what av found this morningUpdate my mate was standing by my car and noticed a leak coming from under car then he looked and bottom of windscreen where air vents and noticed 2 black caps so we opened bonnet and the 2 caps were from the air con pipes so obviously the lad who did my air con hasn’t put them back on but av never had any leaks before prior to getting my air con regased/ recharged
