5 star rating. I went to get a safety chain for my bracelet which I lost and the lady was very helpful and patient. There’s a 2 for 3 offer on all jewellery at the moment! Friendly staff and she recommended a polish cloth which is worth buying!

Rude and uninterested staff. It took a while for some one to approach me, one seemed too busy staring in the mirror the other was too ingrossed moving things around in the display unit. I ended up having to ask for help, didn't catch the girls name but I've never had some one be so cold towards me especially when I'm in the store to spend money. Every question I asked was either answered with a one word answer or just a nod. I wanted to know what I was buying, it was like drawing blood from a stone.Very disappointed with the level of customer service so I left and will be travelling to a more prepared store who will hopefully be happy to help me.

Amazing service as always. Is my fourt time visiting the store and everyone is amazing, professional, friendly and provides great customer service. They really know how to look after their customers. I've something online and needed to swap for different size and it was so simple. Aldo my daughter decided to get ring and the lady who helped us was so patient with her. I don't know if she recognises herself but thank you for all your assistance on Saturday we will be back soon. Merry Christmas everyone

I was served by the moodiest sales assistant I've ever come across.All I wanted to do was exchange a gift that was bought for me to a smaller size.I was just met with a bad attitude not interested in helping me get the right sizeVery unfriendly.No good customer skills at all.Definitely had a more pleasant experience in the staines store, very helpful friendly and seemed to enjoy her job.

I keep coming back to this shop only. I've been to many Pandoras but the one on Windsor High Street exceeds anyone's expectations. Amazing service. In this case service definitely buys people. All of the ladies working are exceptional! I was served this time by Holly who definitely went the extra mile for me. Because of the service here, I keep coming back. So so impressed! Keep it up. I hope you all get recognised by your Area Manager for your exceptional service.

Service is very rude and unhelpful. I asked to see items of the Rose collection and was shown a shoddy folder with colour photocopies. When I asked again to see the actual items I met with great resistance. I was told to chose first and then those particular item would be shown. How can one decide on suitable jewellery if you are not allowed to see the real thing? I regret having spend £225 over 2 days. Most appalling was that we were served by the assistant manager today.

Had a great experience here. Our local Pandora shop is full of awful divas. I drove down to my Dad's and visited Windsor. Impressed with the look of the shop and the lady that served us was very efficient.

Beautiful shop, I went in to use their new service which allows you to create your own pendant. As I went in I was served by a lovely lady called Minal, she was so kind and helpful by showing me how to use their new service. I went in to get a personalised silver heart shaped pendant and it was so cute. Thank you!

Bought two rings here for my girlfriend, admittedly don’t really know much myself but she was extremely happy with the quality and appearance. But I can speak on the costumer service; very very willing to help, inviting, kind, and just pleasant atmosphere throughout the whole process.

Very disappointed in the staff service and after sales care. I was gifted with a ring and no longer than six months down the line had this ring snapped in half, bearing in mind this ring was not cheap. Shocking quality quite frankly.My second experience was to return two rose gold rings that had turned my sisters whole finger green. I have had many experiences with cheap rings turning my fingers green, but never had i seen anything like this. On return to ask advice about how to stop this or to see if there was possibility of an exchange for a new ring or money back we were made to seem as if we were lying. We were told that hormones could have made her fingers green, whether this is true or not we were not told of this on purchase of the rings. We were also told that the rose gold rings have traces of copper in them and that she could have had an allergic reaction to the copper. Surely we should have been told this on purchase of the ring, surely there should be some form of disclaimer to say this could have happened. £80 for a ring which is costume jewellery. If this was explained to us that the ring should only be saved for best and that this could happen we would have had no problem but to patronised and belittled when we had a query was not what i expected at all. Overall not a positive experience will not be returning and will have a timer on for when this ring breaks or causes any other problems.
