Ryan and his team did our end of tenancy clean, promptly and efficiently. They collected the keys from our property manager so I didn't need to be home. I thought the clean was excellent - but the landlady wasn't happy with airing cupboard and minor streaking on shower enclosure - this was sorted same day with no issues. We used Upper Class Cleaning recently for an oven clean and also deep cleaning two corner sofas. Ryan was absolutely brilliant - very professional, friendly and extremely thorough. Upper Class Cleaning did a full oven clean for us. It was a brilliant job, leaving the oven looking like new. They were efficient, quiet and polite as they worked, and left the place clean and tidy, taking all their rubbish away. I would not hesitate to use them again, and can highly recommend them.

Cannot recommend Upper Class Cleaning enough. We had an end of tenancy clean to do on a fully carpeted 3-bed property. We had and dog in the property who shed more fur than I care to think about, and you wouldn't even know it now! Ryan and Leah were very friendly and professional, and despite the fact our move was slightly delayed and we were still moving items from the property when they arrived, they were very accomodating and worked their cleaning schedule around us to allow for items to continue being moved. The full property clean, oven and carpets were good as new! Communication beforehand and throughout was brilliant, and value for money that cannot be beaten. Would recommend to anyone looking for services.

Contacted at the start of the week for the services needed, had a very quick and professional response from the gentleman, who offered a very fair and honest price. The results of the carpet were amazing as had some wine spillage and couldn't see it at all after the clean had been done. The odour removal from the pet room was also unbelievable. Would definitely recommend to anyone that enjoys a friendly and professional service.

I contacted Ryan at fairly short notice and was very impressed with their flexibility to fit us in for an end of tenancy clean. The clean itself was so thorough that our landlord has requested contact details to use in the future! Highly recommend.

I organised my carpet to be cleaned via the telephone. The cleaner arrived without equipment due to a miscommunication with their office. We rearranged for the following day, but they didn't turn up. They have not responded to any my calls or text messages.This is unprofessional and difficult given we have a newborn and toddler at home. Managing our diaries to match their schedule and then they don't show up or bother responding is disappointing.Avoid. There are plenty of other options.

I used Upper Class Cleaning to clean my carpets in most of the house. Their equipment was modern and they worked fast and well. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The makeup stains on my bedroom carpet were bad but have virtually disappeared!They used the outside tap and disposed of the ‘dirty’ water away from my premises.Communication was good with the company and I’d like to personally thank Ryan whose customer services skills were exceptional.
