I had an extremely disappointing experience with Roger Platt estate agency. Their management and customer service are abysmal – zero communication and terrible organization. They committed to showing us a property, only to agree the let with another buyer before our scheduled appointment to see the property. I'd rate them zero stars if possible. Their response to the inconvenience was a mere sorry

My husband and I did not enjoy purchasing our new home through Roger Platt. My experience has been one of unnecessary pushiness and condescension from offer to completion for the last 6 months.Buyers just remember that you aren't paying them, so they won't do anything to make your life easier.

We wanted to view a Maidenhead property but didn't get past the initial finance chat". Roger Platt only want wage earners as I guess they fit their spreadsheet model. Don't bother if you are retired and using savings/investments to fund your rent as "they can't be counted"

Natalie Fontenelle was our direct agent and she made sure we were constantly getting details and updates about our property's search and finalization.
