In the area for a few days and was looking for a place to train. Booked a couple of sessions and wasn’t disappointed. Great coaches and classes, and all the members were really welcoming and friendly. Had great laugh too - some real characters! I’ll definitely go back next time I’m up the road.

Went for an induction today and was extremely impressed. Really friendly staff who clearly knew their stuff. I saw the tail end of a enthusiastic and hard working class (with about 70% women - apparently overall it's a 50/50 split overall) and then had some one-to-one coaching. Every step of the way Ron made sure my technique was spot on and that I was getting the most out of everything.Overall I was really impressed. Highly recommended.
