Very upsetting experience with them. Overcharging customers and slow, causing delays even they managed without an agreement to put a CCJ on my credit file. Stay away from them.

An excellent law firm that covers just about every area of law you may require advice on.Located in Exhange Flags, in the heart of the commercial district, it is one of the most accessible buildings in the city, with Moorfields Station 2 minutes away, James Street 4 minutes away and multiple car parks in the surrounding area.Dealing with Brabners many times over 25 years, whether acting on my behalf or that of a client, I have always had the very best service. Also, when Brabners have acted on behalf of others and I have sat on the opposite side of the table, their professionalism and integrity are always of the highest standard.The property, commercial, litigation and charity departments are some of the areas of law I can personally give top references for.Brabners offices are also of the quality you would expect from a top 100 law firm.I can't recommend Brabners and its team highly enough.

Went with friend was was using their services for processing her divorce. Seemed on surface very professional with very austentatious offices in Liverpool's legal district. However, cost her a fortune and she is now going through process of reporting them to Law Society for outrageous over charging and poor service.

Sadly lacking on every level; grasp of case, legal knowledge, systems, client care, I could go on. Currently making a complaint re the level of fees charged and their totally leaving me high and dry at the last minute. They talk the talk but cannot deliver. In six months they sent one letter and drafted another which was sadly lacking. Rather than concentrate on my case they chased fees for non case work. They failed to receive/acknowledge phone calls from the other side’s solicitor which led to a complaint about their lack of response from this solicitor. Overall unsatisfactory, if you have money to waste and not want your case resolved these are the solicitors for you. I will update as to how my complaint goes.

I paid this company a lot of money and instead of a receipt i got a letter off them saying I would be paying interest if the payment was paid I phoned up finance and I got no apologynothing and they could not exolain why there error had been made

Absolutely useless solicitor, cost me an auction deposit because they are demanding a floating charge on a 50% ltv for 50k absolute joke of a solicitor.
