I went to trade in a mobile phone and I was told that the store had no cash in the till and hadn't had any since last Wednesday. So I went to CEX over the road who gave me slightly less money but who were able to pay me straight away.

Went in to ask if they had a retro PC section and another customer begins proclaiming to me that PS4 is better.The guy working behind the counter literally went hysterical with laughter at this and we both proceeded to verbally assassinate every point he puts across.I didn't find any PC games but I had a blast putting down a console elitist with little to no knowledge of gaming hardware or peripherals.

Would be higher . But ! Taking a garment bk purchased as a gift still in bag with reciept.... only a voucher was given. The value of the item. What was a kick in the pants .. voucher only valid 30days is a total joke.

Lovely staff, great prices and offers. Always thinking of the customer, very informative staff who will always try to give you the best deal. Sells a lot of gaming related things as well as games, cute and neat gamer nick nacks. I'm sure you will find something(s) you will love in game!

The young lad did a brill job but the management need to take a look at how they think it's acceptable to leave him on his own, he was overcome with customers. I was there for 45 mins just to collect a pre ordered playstation 5. He offered the accidental cover which I was interested in. He didn't have the time to sort this due to the volume of customers. Shocking shocking management if they think it's acceptable on a Saturday to leave this young lad on his own. Should be ashamed of yourselves. The young lad did his job and it was painful to watch him deal with this on his own.

GAME is the same everywhere you go. The staff however at this place are great and very very helpful. They give you a detailed opinion on any question you ask about any product they have in store. They do a good job.

So my son buys marvel avengers game Ltd edition with the tin Box we get home an they have not given us the tin Box but the plastic one nor happy with that, so basically they have put the tin Box bk on the shelf to make it more attractive to the next customer I will be bk in next week when I do my shopping should be fun
