Don't know if you cover the Bishop Auckland area but if you do then perhaps you'd like to inform your idiot courier who drives van 27 and threw my item over a 5 and a half foot locked yard gate...leaving it in the pouring rain without bothering to inform any of the householders it was there...is a complete prat. You might all so want to point out that if he/she could have used the front door...which has a very loud bell they would have got a response from 1 of the 3 people inside. Too sodding lazy to bother doing the job right and causing inconvenience not only for myself but also the poor sender of the item. Would rather have giving Yodel a minus 5 but had to give you something so 1 is all I was prepared to give you. Perhaps you might ask your over rated owner billionaire Frederick Barclay if he'd like his parcels delivered like that...no of course he'd have a proper company do it....probably by helicopter to ensure he got it in one piece. Also your on-line chat is a waste of time cause once you state you have a complaint all of a sudden you get messages appearing stating there's an internet issue and then it's closed...Well will tell you this if I have another issue like this I'll leave the parcel where it is and get on the phone to your depo on Portrack, Stockton and tell you it's staying there until the idiot who threw it comes to retrieve it and then you can return it to the sender yourselves...or as I know exactly where you are Sedgefield Way I'll bring it through and chuck it over your sodding gate...so be warned

Almost 2 weeks have passed and I still haven’t got my parcel. A courier has only turned up once (in a car!), he couldn’t find my parcel so drove off. Whenever I contact them I get the same response - high level of parcels to deliver but the parcel is out for delivery. I would drive to the depot but I fear it would be a wasted 50 mile round trip.

Waited in all day because of the absurd timeslot (between 7:30am and 9pm) and the parcel was not delivered. Now the tracking information simply says my parcel is at their depot and there could be delays. So how many days do I have to sacrifice to get my next day delivery" which I paid for?*update* Item was lost by Yodel."

A Yodel courier has to deliver a small parcel. To reach the front door, he needs to enter the property via the driveway gate, followed by the back yard gate. He arrives at the front door – so far so good. He has the option of either the letterbox or the safe place (behind him).He ignores both the letterbox and the safe place. Instead, he tugs open a window, chucks the parcel through, leaves the window wide open and walks off. He leaves the back gate and the driveway gate open before getting into his car and driving off. Only reason for the 2 star was the driver was nice, but how the hell can I get 3 out off 4 packages that on the box says 1/2 and 2/2 on them so you know they together even trained chimps could work that out.Even evri can get all my deliveries to me without issue.Update. Parcel was stuck at national hub Shaw for 2 days had the seller to resend me what I needed,said was out for delivery half ten tonight said sorry we missed you going to have to collect from depot as I can't trust them

This company is a joke this not the first time they lost my post. Two years ago I had paid for radar parts from America it arrived through customs and up the departed in Stockton there it go lost. No refund given and no reply for them regarding its loss. This year again item from eBay sent and posted to wrong address by Yodel. Now this week Yodel has informed me that my item has put through my letter box.Yodel not my letter box again.You need to pack up and go.

An awful experience my parcel has returned to sender two times not due the bad quality of service three times telling the parcel will be delivered after a date confirmed the driver doesn'tcome it's awful thousands of time its awful

So missed the delivery due too being in bed after night shift so tried contacting Yodel and went to an automated call to he told that the parcel is left in a safe place. On the card left by the driver it states no neighbours were in so he has taken it back to the depot. Funny thing is that 3 of my next door neighbor's were in their property and the online chat is not stating that there is no update on the package . absolute shambles of a company

Stayed in all day waiting and they said they had missed me. No calling card and no one actually turned up. 3 days later they tried again and still nothing, after the first time I contacted them to confirm my address and everything was right. Terrible

Very poor service, parcel online says delivered 2 days ago, no slip or attempted delivery at my hse! I have cctv. No one to talk to on yodel website or telephone. I will ensure I will not use this service again & boycott any sellers that do! Its abs shocking!
