Absolutely terrible customer service. They just take your money and don't care about customers being happy. The manager knowingly put the wrong size screen protector on my phone and said it should be OK but bring it back if not. Within 4 weeks it fell off. I went back and was refused a refund. This shop should be closed. Its a sham.

Phone wasn't charging consistently and the guys in Samsung shop recommended icrack to clean charger port and said it would probably cost £5. Icrack wanted £20 for a 2 minute job and the charging cable we bought is broken less than a month later.

Poor service . Unprofessional and irresponsible service from the centre . Unfortunately I have given my phone for service, Centre asked me to come and collect by next day , But today is the 5 th day No answer from the shop .Irresponsible attitude.Not recommended this shop .

Paid for a screen replacement, got the phone back with the vibration not working audio not working and the charge port not working, I've traded a broken screen for the rest of the functions of my phone. Don't recommend this establishment.
