Blackpool Secure Car Park

Had to use this car park as there was no space in front of the hotel. It's usually packed up but keep driving around and someone will go and make a space. I like the fact that it can be paid via website as I never have enough change with me especially if you want to stay for longer than a day.

Evey car park in Blackpool is robbing not one allows the usage of free disabled blue badge parking they all just wanna charge you the earth inclusiveness not included if you have wheelchair or scooter complete joke

PLEASE DO NOT PARK HERE.... I HAD NO CHOICE BUT TO PARK IN THE CORNER OF THE CAR PARK IN TORRENTIAL RAIN. PAID FOR 48 HOURS PARKING AND LEFT AFTER 36 HOURS. TODAY RECEIVED A FINE FOR £200 AS MY REAR DRIVERS SIDE WHEEL WAS ON THE LINE AND OVERHANGING BY 2 CENTIMETRES!! I WOULD NOT MIND BUT THE CORNER BAY WAS A HATCHED AREA SO I WAS NOT TAKING UP AN ADJACENT SPACE OR IMPINGING ON IT.. ZERO STARS (I HAD TO GIVE ONE STAR TO POST THIS WARNING)!!!!

Avoid at all costs!! We parked here when staying in Hornby road. It was £7.50 for 24 hours. We are disabled and there were no disabled spaces. We found a space next to the wall, the other car was close to the white line so we parked the car where we could get in and out the car at each side. However we did not know or notice the tyres were parked on the white line at the wall side. You can imagine our surprise when we returned home to a letter with £100 charge and pictures showing our tyres on the white line!! We appealed stating it was on the line, we were not obstructing any other bays or anything at all and still technically within the bay as on the line and it was next to a wall!! We felt this was morally unjust as it did not obstruct anything or cost or lose them a penny. Blatant robbery!! They refused the appeal, sending a sign, stating you must park within the bays, which technically we were!! Disgusting way to treat their customers. Please avoid at all costs if you can as they clearly try and rob their full paying customers for the least thing. Their greed is vile. The Beechwood Hotel across the road has parking, next time we'll be using them as these people are clearly greedy vile scammers.

Booked the car in for two nights over a weekend. Bill was very friendly and made me feel welcome as a customer.Great location and secure area, will be using again when i come for longer.Takes the worry away from trying to find somewhere safe/secure and also for the same amount of money.

They must be short of cash as i am going to court re the parking fine for a having a long car in a short bay.... it could have been a good car park.I wouldn't go back again, spoiled the trip, fine in post 2 months later....

Awful car park . If you're not parked perfectly straight within the white lines they will send you a parking ticket. Because I parked closer to the wall on the left hand side rather than directly in the middle of the park. Absolutely ridiculos to charge a parking fine for something like that .

SCAMMERS. Same experience as several others here, had to park on the white line (NOT over it) due to a people carrier being parked very close to us, then received a fine. I would suggest this people carrier is deliberately parked like this to force those in the corner bay on to the white line. Oh, and there was no ticket issued on the vehicle. We didn't receive the letter until over two weeks AFTER parking there, giving us limited time to appeal.

Not only were we charged £13 to Sark here, I had to park on the white line (not over it... ON it) due to another vehicle being parked over the the other space... To get sent a parking charge notice for not being properly parked in the bay... I disputed this and informed them of the sign clearly displayed has no mention of parking straight in the lines (which was impossible anyway) for them to threaten me with legal action and a higher charge. I emailed them on July 5th and have yet to hear back.

The WORST car park i have ever visited.I received a penalty charge notice for apparently parking incorrectly in the bay in October 2019, i disputed the charge and asked for proof of how i was incorrectly parked and heard nothing, i tried to call and got number invalid so after multiple attempts of trying to contact them and hearing nothing back i assumed they realised i was sent the charge unfairly.March 2020 i received a debt recovery letter so i again try and dispute, once again getting no reply from the email address i emailed (it came up stating email no long in use) after multiple phone calls trying to get through, nothing, so i emailed again, 1st April, stating if i dont have some one call me i am going to take it further.Someone called back and said i was parked incorrectly as my trye was over the marking and i have to pay £160, the picture i was sent as proof is a joke my 1 trye was not even 1inch over the white markings and i have to pay £160 because of that. If i could upload the pic some how i would but im not sure how to.I have paid but I will be taking this furtherWORST CAR PARK EVER
