5 HOURS FOR 2 TYRES and A LOST KEY!I left my car at Clarke’s to change my front tyres. It was to take 30 minutes and phone call to say it was ready. 1 hour 15 minutes later no phone call. I returned and they had lost my car keys. They had given them to the wrong customer and I had to wait a few hours while they went to meet that customer at a shopping centre elsewhere to retrieve them. When I got my keys back the newly changed front tyre was soft. I returned to query this they couldn’t understand what the problem was. There was a small verbal apology after they lost my key. I will not be returning to Clarke’s.

Terrible service this morning. Took my car in with 2 slow puntures and got told it was fine as the tyre preasure hadnt dropped by that much and to go drive it for a few day. His reason was if its a small punture it will be to hard to find. I had to put air in 3 times yesterday and once this morning. Took car to another tyre fitter in the town who found a nail in 1 tyre and a leak round the rim of the other. So much for it being to small to find. I am now safe to drive to the hospital if my son get a phone call to come in for major heart surgery. I wont be back anytime soon

Brought my car in an asked staff to check steering to see why it was making noise and to find out where hole in exhaust was. After 20 mins went back to see how things were, the attitude I received was awful, they were ignoring my questions and when they did speak to me, they were cheeky and not giving any straight answers and they had also done work that I wasn't aware of until I went back. Worst customer service so far.

I was recently in the area for a few days staying with family and needed two new tyres. I asked where the best place to go was and was told to go here. I was very happy with my experience - they were quick, friendly, well priced and I've had no problem with the new tyres.

Couldn’t fault Andrew and the team at Clarkes. Excellent service and keen prices - the tyres always seem to last longer compared to other places! Will never go anywhere else!
