They were there to answer our many questions and kept us updated throughout the journey. Had a very good experience buying our first home with Connells Rushden, especially with Richard in the mortgage department.We looked to buy a house through Connells and the team were very good in keeping up with paperwork and communication with us. We decided to look for a different property in the end due to several reasons but Richard, who looked after us with mortgage process, was really helpful and provided great advice.We felt really well looked after and Communication was kept up throughout making us feel we were being assisted professionally and politely. I have received repeated nuisance calls from this office badgering me for information about my house sale and purchase. I have never registered with Connells Rushden, so my information was pulled from a file created by a separate Connells office. I told the Rushden office that I am not looking in their area the first time I received a nuisance call, and requested a note added to my file telling them not to call me. Nevertheless they have continued calling. I then told them to remove me from their system. And then several weeks later I was called again by this office, badgering for more info. Yet again I have told them to remove me from their system. We'll see if this time they actually do it.

Very pushy service from Rabia Miah. Would not recommend. She only cares about the sale. Pushing me to make a multi million pound, once in a lifetime purchase, when she would never be able to do the same. Rabia you have let down Connells massively. Needs retraining asap. Rabia do better.

Sold our house through Connell's ladies were good quick to come round to do pictures and information for getting our house online. Didn't take too long to get offers and a buyer, sold within 7 months. Just slacking slightly on updates & chasing for information with regard to the buyers. Otherwise, staff friendly.

My experience with Connells was very good. Kelly kept me upto date with everything & always responded to phone calls. Very satisfactory result.

Tried to sell our house through Purple Bricks at first and not managed to find a buyer for about a year. Then decided to put it onto the market with Connells as well and managed to sell within a few months. Received great service from everyone at the Rushden branch. Always felt supported and Kelly really came out of her way to make sure things go smoothly with our buyer and even our seller (who sold with a different estate agent). Overall couldn't have had a better home selling experience, Connells made it very easy for us.
