This is an amazing university shop. The staff are really kind and helpful. Whenever I go to collect my orders they are always smiling and up for a chat. This makes my day sometimes. Could not recommended more for customer service or product quality. I highly recommend the zip hoodies and Sheffield mugs.

Really great place with very friendly and welcoming staff! I ordered for click and collect online and the woman working was super lovely and helpful. Plus I absolutely love my hoodies and tshirt! Everything is of really good quality and fits true to size. Thanks!

The staff here are very friendly and helpful, had a nice experience shopping here. I made an order online a few days ago, but managed to get them within 3 days, while constantly kept up-to-date about the status of my order!Their return service is also absolutely amazing, just keep the tags on and bring it to the store, no question asked and the refund was processed immediately!

Very good online service, good communication which led to my parcel quick arrival. Hoodies, sweatshirts and t-shirts are very nice, true to size. The fabric is comfortable, soft to touch and overall high quality as they wash well. It seems that clothes will last a long time. I did not receive a free lanyard with my order as it was advertised on Facebook on the day I placed my order.

Ordered a Sheffield hoodie as a gift for a friend who was starting at the university to be collected in-store, and it was a super easy process! The staff were really friendly, and even though I'd actually turned up early to collect, they were still able to give me the hoodie! The hoodie itself is really nice quality as well :)

A great store to shop in Sheffield with friendly staff and excellent customer service!! I visited last week for the first time, there are variety of essential products with good quality there. So many options for gifts and souvenirs that I highly recommend. Will definitely come back!

Have ordered quite a few items from here and I have always been pleased with the quality and design of their merch. Their t-shirts always wash well and some of mine are over 3 years old and still in great shape. The store staff are always friendly and super helpful. :)

Went to the store for the 1st time as a new postgrad. Lady at the counter was nice and I got a good deal on my merch. Keeps me super warm not needing a jacket. Totally worth the price. A bright color will be a good next addition.

Amazing store with lots of different UoS merchandise. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Everything sold in the shop is to a very high standard (the hoodie I bought a few years ago is still in very good condition despite being worn a lot) and fairly priced. There are even massive discounts throughout the year. Would definitely go back again!
