First class service, excellent products and great prices. Forget Everest and the rip off merchants, Diamond are fantastic.Update: 5 years on and we were having a couple of issues (door trim warped and a broken handle), Diamond were fantastic at coming round promptly and sorting the issues.I can't recommend this company enough.

had our warm room completed by diamond windows. the project was managed throughout by Ricky. the builders did an excellent job, no contractors, good workman ship, great sense of humour and very respectful. Currently having Windows and doors fitted with Diamond. Nice salesman but don't use as still waiting for everything to be fitted properly, several months after ordering. Apparently a lead time of 10 days, absolute garbage. Once fitted, sills and frames are either measured incorrectly or badly installed and damaged. Due to the sheer wait of lead times, I've been left out of pocket considerably and even have had my builders walk off the job for over a week as they couldn't continue without the guaranteed windows. Go elsewhere.

We had a new porch door and two replacement windows carried out by diamond windows in may 2017. Right from our first contact with the company we felt that they were very professional and honest.The work has been completed and we are extremely satisfied with the quality and workmanship.Would highly recommend them!!

If I could have awarded 6 stars or more, I would happily have done so. Diamond recently completed a fairly big job for us. Kitchen re-design and relocation within the property. Dining room, old" kitchen & conservatory all knocked through into 1 large open space and extension to the back of the property also added to make it really nice big area. He pointed out suggestions which we never considered and all were brilliant. We agreed a price for all windows, and I have to say, there was no pressure at all to sign up. Next we had a visit from the surveyor who was superb and then an installation date was agreed . The fitters, Andy and Rob were brilliant and so, s o clean and tidy, helpful and went out of their way to accommodate us. We have had a garage conversion, warm room and all windows replaced. I could not be more pleased with the finished result. Diamond windows have done a fantastic job and at a very reasonable price considering all the work we have had done. Martin, Dillon and Lewis, the builders were great, nothing was too much trouble for them and they were lovely to have around. Everything worked like clockwork and the build was finished on the day they said it would be. The windows look fantastic and, in my view, the kitchen/warm room is the star of the show. Diamond windows took all the stress out of the situation and came to our rescue after we had been let down by others. So a big thank you to all who were involved Dave and Mark the plasterers, Eddie who made a cracking job of the garage conversion and all the window fitters and roofers.

We use Diamond regularly and would always recommend their work. The doors were fitted to an excellent standard. Once again thanks for a first class job.

The director turned up on time to the appointment this is the only reason i can offer a one star reviewI can only say the guy bored me to death, didn't know anything about the products we discussed with him and proceeded to call the manufacturers whilst in front of us.I could not wait to get this guy out of my property clearly un skilled and did not know what he he is selling, how can he run a business is beyond me !After he came off the phone from the manufactures, he said that I will call you back and confirm the correct details via email.He never did send this email, and this is now why I'm writing this review 6 months later.

Very high standard of the service provided. The original installation date was postponed due to the covid shutdown, however the company maintained the contact and replied to emails without delays. The fitters: Rich and Tony were incredibly good at sticking to the covid guidelines during the install e.g. maintain distance, disinfection after the work was completed. Very professional, tidy and friendly. Self-sufficient and know their job. Highly recommended. Absolutely hassle free.
