Top guys and good service. Waited while it was done.

8.30 booking rushed to get there to get there on time for a start of 9.30! with a Monday morning... Hate Mondays Fitter doing.. Me the paying customer a favour. It took me nearly 3 hours to clean all the black marks off my leather trim, damage to my trim as well as I was ask to sign and grade a 1-10 before I even see the finish. I will never do this again or recommend them, embarrassing. I had to hoover out the vehicle all over inside to rid of all the old removal debris of the old screen removal left for the customer to deal with.same old times of today, no respectful finish touch. I'm so glad I still give my customer the respect they pay me for. I will never recommend this company. Lucky it wasn't a new vehicle as it would still be there now till It was properly inspected... respected and cleaned before it was delivered. Lesson learnt... Always take pics pre delivery before work carried out to see the damage Incurred after. Gutted!!!!I

I recently visited the Rochester branch as I had chipped my windscreen. They fitted me in within 2 hours and did a brilliant chip repair. It was done within 30 minutes and ready to go. Keiron was so friendly and fitted us in straight away. Kallon (who was new) did the repair, and did a brilliant job and Meyrich checked it all. They were 3 really nice guys.

Awful! My parents have had 2 wind screens fitted here! First one was not fitted correctly so had to return and even after that still wasn’t fitted correctly so had to get it done by another company.And again today had another wind screen fitted and upon collection when I drove off an error message appears saying collision malfunction. When we phoned up was told it’s nothing to do with them. Are you having a laugh? It’s a brand new car and wasn’t there before and is now there as soon as I pick it up!Avoid!!

Spot on. Replaced cracked windscreen in a timely fashion with good communication throughout.

These guys are brilliant! Took my vehicle into them a few weeks ago to have my rear windscreen replaced. They did a fantastic job, well done guy.

Nothing to complain about! These guys are great, even working on Easter Monday! (Poor them!). Fixed my stone chip in 10 min!

Can't fault them. Brilliant experience with the medway City estate branch. The work was done in a good time. The staff obviously have a lot of experience and have good customer service skills. Also the social distancing and precautions seem to be on point too. If I ever need any window on a vehicle done I'll definitely go back to them.

Picked up a fair sized stone chip right on the vertical centreline of Zone A, about 8 inches up from the bottom of the screen last thing last night. Of course it's New Year's Eve today, it's my Driving School car and I have a Driving Test to do first job after the Bank Holiday! Tried Autoglass and a few others, all without success, but when I rang the local National Windscreens branch and explained my predicament, they said if I could get the car to them within the next half an hour, they'd squeeze me in!Sure enough, they were as good as their word! It turned out to be a slightly more complex repair than was first envisaged but Technician Carl had a couple of tricks up his very professional sleeves and he refused to let it get the better of him! (He even made me a Coffee whilst waiting for the resin to set)!It may have taken longer than he hoped it would have, but he saved my windscreen and the chip is now no bigger than a match-head and quite frankly, Stevie Wonder would like to be able to point it out!Thanks National Windscreens and a huge THANK YOU!" to Carl

Spoke to someone on phone for a price on Sunday 18th, had price confirmed, was told someone would call to book it in, 2 days later I had to ring, waited 20 mins on the phone only to be told they misquoted it as they didn't include calibration costs" so added another £200
