Excellent service and communication throughout. Mark took time to explain what needed to be done and why. He cleared up after himself and made the whole process fairly painless. As a female living alone it is always a concern that tradesmen may try and pull the wool over my eyes. There was none of this with Mark and he was respectful of me and my home.

Our boiler failed this evening so I phoned Mark, and he picked up straight away, swiftly responded, and within 40 minutes the boiler was fixed! Brilliant knowledge and service, would highly reccomend and will be using for future projects.

This heating engineer came out late one night to help with an emergency that another engineer had caused. He was kind and sympathetic and rapidly assessed the damage left to my boiler by the previous engineer. He came the following day to fit a new boiler. He was punctual and efficient and gave me lots of helpful advice. His price was very reasonable too. I would highly recommend him.

Fabulous high standard of pipework. Customer photos excellent. Reasonable pricing and all done in timely manner. Some of the communication could be improved but on the whole two customers happy and another recommended.Fabulous Bali boiler installed and up front pricing of radiators and thermostatic controller.Even did power flush in with price.Can’t go far wrong for plumber in this area.

Would highly recommend this company. The owner Mark Fryer keeps you informed every step of the way. His standards are very high. His design suggestions are spot on. He is determined to come up with the most visually-pleasing solution in difficult situations. Part of my project was getting a sink into a very narrow downstairs toilet. I just wanted a sink in it and if it did not look brilliant I was not too bothered. But that was not good enough for Mark. He came up with a really clever solution that looks really stylish. His modernisation of my bathrooms has exceeded what I envisaged and my expectations were very high.

We returned home from holiday early hours of Sunday morning to find our boiler not working. We googled emergency plumbers and MAF came with good reviews. We called Mark and he was with us within minutes. He thoroughly inspected the boiler, showing us the damaged parts and explained that it would need replacing. After discussing options, specifications and pricing clearly, we agreed on what was needed and agreed for Mark to return the next day to carry out the work.Mark arrived on time and carried out the work as expected, to the agreed cost. He was polite and friendly at all times and kept his work space tidy. He removed all debris and packaging when he finished and ensured the place was left in the same state as when he arrived. He demonstrated how all the new equipment worked and left instructions for its upkeep.We wouldn't hesitate in using Mark again and would highly recommend him to others.
