Concept Fertility Clinic

I can not recommend concept fertility enough. I started off really nervous, however all the staff at concept reassured me and put my mind at ease. Concept fertility gave me very good advice and started me on treatment as soon as all tests had been done. All the staff are so friendly and we’re able to book me in very quickly whenever I needed an appointment. I had been trying for a second child for 5 years with no luck, however I had 2 rounds of ovulation induction and I conceived. I am so great full to everyone at concept as I now have a healthy Baby Boy of 4 months. Thankyou all so much.

Dear couples who would like to have a kids specifically after 40. Please. Don't believe this clinic. Please. Don't go there save the money. They are very smiley and the good approaching to the patients with good reviews Google which is I made mistake and I choose this clinic by the Google reviews, but they just treat you as a number. They waiting then you will pay money for the treatment and after they are decide what is the best for , then you will here that you have a good chance to be parents . And then after faild cicle they will say to you then you 41 and you had a chance Just 25 30% of the healthy pregnancy. They even don't read consent forms. If you've something completed that clinic. Please triple double check every single words with the nurse with your consultant with a doctor otherwise. They will just miss it and when you will complainl they will Tell your all it just concerned form for that not for that or just concern for this is means not what you try to say . THEY JUST FORGOT FROZE EGGS AS DID NOT READ CONSENT FORM.Please be careful about the empirologies double check information which day you would like to transfer embryons make sure that you don't do mistake as we are done usually until 5th days of the embryons doesn't survive even in young couples moreover of after 40 couples, what is happened with me. I waste the time is waste my system nervous a waste the money and they just said sorry you 41 to be pregnant in yiur age only 25 30% chance.If you don't want to hear this and you don't have a time to wait and waste your money. Please don't go this clinic avoid and for all the couples who is looking to be parents. I wish good luck good bless you.

After years & years of trying and the nhs ignoring me I’m now the mother of a beautiful baby girl.Concept went above and beyond to help me as I did have a few personal issues along the way !I would highly recommend especially to the woman with higher bmis .I 100% will be using them for baby number 2

After having failed IVF at another hospital and then many tests and medication at another clinic after that, a friend recommended Concept. She had had an excellent experience and conceived her son there, so we thought we would try one last place.From our first zoom call with Dr Onur we knew this clinic would be different. He made us feel at ease straight away and gave us great advice. From then on every appointment I had was the same. Everybody from the receptionists to the doctors, nurses and embryologists were amazing! They always gave us the right advice, are kind, caring and just very genuine. Other places made me feel like just another number and pound signs. At concept you are always welcomed with a smile and everybody knows your name and actually speaks to you.We had a failed frozen cycle but luckily had some more embryos in the freezer! I was gutted when it didn't work but Dr Kamal gave me some very good advice and reassured me to have a break and come back again. I wanted to go again straight away but I listened to his advice and I'm glad I did as it resulted in my beautiful baby girl who is now 3 months old and happy and healthy.There is so much more I can say about Concept. Its very clean, they always give you a detailed chat at the end of each scan and when they discuss results with you, which is brilliant as I didn't really experience that anywhere else.I would personally like to thank Dr Kamal, Dr Harleen and Dr Onur for everything they do. Also Oriol who always has a smile and also gave us some good advice and looked after our frozen embryos. Emily, Rachel, Marian and Mary were absolutely brilliant and were who I would see most often. They were also there when I needed advice over the phone. They do their job brilliantly and with so much compassion. Joanna on reception was always so happy, polite and helpful, thank you!We are forever grateful to concept and all of the staff there and would 100% recommend them.

I have no hesitation in recommending this clinic to anyone I come across looking for fertility treatment. All of the staff are absolutely lovely and the clinic - being small - has a real personal, family touch. You genuinely feel that everyone you meet is invested in your outcome and they are happy to listen to your thoughts and wishes and take them into account when developing a treatment plan. They are very reasonably priced and do not “add on” services or interventions (+ hidden cost) unless they are really needed. I was super lucky to have my daughter via unmedicated IUI and Dr Basegmez will always be her “Uncle Onur”.

The care and professionalism with which I was treated was incredible in a time of huge distress. Dr Onur and the whole team at Concept are so kind and made us feel confident and reassured that they were doing the very best for us. We are so grateful for the beautiful baby boy we now have in our lives. We would recommend them very highly to anybody going through fertility difficulties.

I just finished a round of egg freezing with Concept Fertility Clinic, and had an incredible experience with the clinic from start to finish! From day one they were happy to answer any questions or concerns that I had, and give me very detailed information and quick responses prior to scheduling my consultation. From there everyone from the front desk staff to the nurses and especially the doctors were all wonderful and extremely caring.When doing egg freezing you don't want to feel like just another number, and the entire staff was incredibly warm and caring and made the entire process a wonderful experience. Thank you to everyone from Joanna, the receptionist to the nurses, Maryanna, Brenda and especially to Dr Basegmez. Dr. Basegmez was the best doctor I've ever worked with, so kind and amazing at what he does.Definitely go to Concept!

Me and my fiancee are forever thankful to Concept for our twin girls.We felt so supported by everyone in every online appointments, in person appointment and in every contact made with someone of the team.We had some stressful months but the team made everything so much better.I personally say: If you are looking for a fertility clinic where you want to feel heard and supported, go to Concept Fertility Clinic.We had to travel 2 hours after work to go to appointments and the treatment itself and it was all worth it

Due to medical reasons, I needed to make the decision to have my eggs frozen to help preserve my fertility.Concept were there every step of the way, and made me feel completely at ease.I will be forever thankful to the entire team, and I know I will be in the safest hands when I am ready to go through the next stage of egg fertilisation in the future.Thank you, Concept!Ella
