Main WC was backing up and after a plumber, drainage specialist and Scottish Water confirming we weren't connected to themains we contacted our insurance who sent Allan. Needless to say the insurance refused to pay out. Contacted Allan directly for a quote, happy with his cost, he came at 8 am today and was still here at 5pm tidying up. Garden excavated, new pipe laid, trap located, crazy paving relaid and the place powerwashed. Unvelievable service, attention to detail and professionalism. Would heartily recommend!

Had a blocked waste pipe (sewage) Contacted A Brown Drainage, Arrived within the two hour window time he gave , He cleared the blocked pipe with a high presure jetting system, and took a CCTV survey to locate the problem,Further work (excavation) was required to renew a section of pipe. Would highly recommend this company professionalism .
