Paid for a month to trial it, 53 plus 20 admin charge. Was told to ring a week before the month was up if I wished to extend or I would be charged an admin fee again if I did decide to go ahead with a yearly membership. Two weeks in decided I prefer to train at home. At the end of the month I paid for i was charged a further month of 53. I wasn't told I was on a month to month I clearly stated I wanted to trial and pay for one month only. Rang admin and was told I was on a monthly contract. Was told they would look into it and get back to me, of course they didn't and 2 weeks has passed hence the 1 star for the awful customer service and the putting me in a contract I didn't want or ask for or was told I was in.

It's a very good club by comparison. In the area, you have a lot of things to enjoy. I only have a note about the reception staff. Their treatment is almost not good. I especially mention Teesside, because they once paid the bill late and did not let any of my family members into the club, and this is unfair. And the children and alert them that the bill must be paid and not prevented from entering. They are members of the club and pay approximately 150 pounds as an amount for the two members of the family as a whole. Please put good people in the inquiries

I have been member about 10 months also add my twins we trying going for swimming the manger refused us also In second day we been told no lifeguard and kids not happy for 2 attending also I have spoken to manger she's is very rude and absolutely unhappy kids cryingJust wanted money £75 in the drain for nothing only upset the kidsNo respect at all

A major refit on this gym has made a fantastic place to workout. Loads of space and never feeling over busy. Fantastic pool facilities.

Great gym and pool, just missing some functional equipment like different sized boxes, hip thrust bench and more mats etc

My wife has been charged 2 months out of her contract which is actually illegal. We hope they refund us the full 12 month package as this is unacceptable, do not sign up for this gym as they will just keep taking your money even if your contract has ended.

Lots of equipment. Ladies only session. Steam room and sauna poolside . Hydrotherapy pool. Lovely and clean with friendly staff

Overall, it's pretty good. The locker rooms have plenty of space, and the workout area has plenty of equipment, so I dont usually have to wait to get a workout done. The hot tub/hydrotherapy bath is very relaxing, and other than the occasional low temperature, the sauna is great for recovery. Staff are mostly very friendly and helpful. Just wish it didn't close early on the weekend, but i can understand why it may be set up like that. Have been going for about 3 months.

I would of loved it even more if the ladies room was a bit more private because everyone can still see you from the pool
