Had a terrible experience. Booked myself for a full head hair colour with foils.The stylist named Shelby did my colour which wasn't applied properly as she left many patches uncoloured. When I brought it to her attention she refused to acknowledge it and asked me to leave and not to come back again. It was after my husband intervened she agreed to rectify it but kept telling me that I need to pay extra even though it wasn't my fault that she didn't do her job properly first time around. Would never visit again and definitely not recommend. Wouldn't even give one star...

Ashley did a fantastic cut and colour of my hair, even though i was unsure at first as I decided on a spur of the monent dramatic new look, from long and dark to short and light. Ashley was friendly, professional, reassuring, skilled and did a brilliant job. I Would highly recommend her services. Everyone has been complimenting my new hair style and colour since iv had it done.

MOST DISGUSTING WOMAN EVER ONE WITH BLONDE SHORT HAIR I DONT NO WHAT SHE THINKS OF HERSELF WELCOMED ME WITH SUCH GRITTY ATTITUDE…. My daughter has autism and has issues with sitting still she looked at my daughter with disgusting face she knew my daughter has disability I wanted her hair cut she refused to cut and the way she spoke to my daughter was appalling a 9 years old kid got treated with nasty attitude by a woman who’s old enough to be a grandmother she didn’t even say sorry or nothing I said bye she didn’t even reply she had a stinking attitude as if she is about to kill someone mistreating disabled kids it’s absolutely disrespectful

I had a terrible experience here. The girl made such a mess of my cut and colour. I knew as soon as it was washed off it wasn't right but she claimed it looked like that because of the way the water was dropping down and it would be fine once dry. She then proceeded to attemp to cut it then blow dry it. She then admitted at the end that the colour hadn't worked. She said it was because it was dark and she was trying to match the colour! I'm sorry but if you can't do an all over tint then you shouldn't be colouring someone's hair. My blow dry was a frizzy mess and I had a pink/ purple patch at the top. The only good thing was I wasn't charged. She said sorry but it was clear she just wanted me to leave. No wonder as I wasn't a good advert for the salon! I phoned the next day to speak to the manager. I wasn't able to speak to her because apparently she was too busy. Spoke to Elaine who listened but I didn't feel my complaint was taken very seriously. That's why I decided to post a review here as I don't want anyone to have an experience like mine. I ended up going to my usual salon the next day and spent 3 hours there getting the damage fixed. Avoid this place if you want a professional cut and colour. I only gave it 1 star as it wouldn't let me post 0 stars!

I booked an appointment for my mum recently. She was seated and hair washed, with little or no pleasantries exchanged. My mum is elderly; she was not even offered a drink. Whoever did her perm left her with a burned frizzy mess that we had to go to another hairdresser to fix. They didnt even style it for her. My mum was there as an OAP which means there's a reduction in price, supposedly, which they omitted to pass on to my mum. She was very upset at the whole experience. Please do not use this hairdresser

Haven’t been for a while but attended today and Michelle totally transformed my hair . She took so much time to ensure my hair was left amazing . Very welcoming environment and all girls do an amazing job to make you feel great . Prices are amazing !

Worst service I have ever experienced.Myself and sister went to get hair colored & cut and due to there being no parking available, we were 10 mins late. We notified the Salon and they seemed to be understanding on the phone. When I went into the salon the 2 stylists started lecturing us about being late and cancelled our appointments saying they had other customers coming in so they didn't have time.They were not interested in compromising a shorter appointment or offering a solution or alternative time. Hugely disappointed with the service and don't recommend this place at all. There were no customers in the salon and the stylists were both busy chatting in the back of the salon when I arrived so had to wait 2 to 3 mins for them to come out

I've just had a great cut and blow dry with Michelle. Very pleased with the result. Lovely sharp bob cut and perfect finish. Definitely worth a visit. Ive been going for a few years and always get exactly what I asked for. Great price too.
