Restore The Giant Coaching

I attended Rajini's workshop around Boundary Setting. She held the space with authority, calmness, vulnerability and a great deal of kindness and it’s testament to these qualities that participants were willing to be so vulnerable in the presence of (some) strangers.

Rajini's coaching sessions were part of the highlights of my year. She has a gentle yet straightforward approach - I was really impressed by how she could see right through me and the joyful mask I often wear, which enhanced how authentic and safe I felt in this space. I felt listened to, supported and treated as an equal, and am very grateful for this much needed support from noticing to taking action, and making shifts in addressing my specific issues I was dealing with. I'd definitely recommend working with her!
