Completely unreliable. The website suggests a 2 day turn around but in fact the delivery took 11 days. No response to email and phone I had to keep chasing. Kindling was missed from the delivery. I was told it would be dropped off later that day, nothing. Then later the same week, nothing. Then the next week, again nothing. I was refunded in fairness but I'd rather get wood from someone more reliable.

Ordered a load of logs and they came on time as per the delivery date, we paid for them to be stacked and this was an excellent service. Wood delivered burns so so good no complaints what so ever fantastic service

Fantastic service from payment to delivery and stacking! The logs needed carrying a fair distance up steps and around the back of the house, and they happily took on the task. The logs was very dry and burnt brilliantly, I’ll always use Conwy Valley Logs in the future. I’ll be ordering kindling next time too

That was 2022: Very happy with my first order from Conwy Valley Logs. This is 2023: Not happy at all. Logs delivered are NOT kiln dried and not even fully seasoned. Over 10% are huge, I cannot use them in my log burner or even handle them (OAP with arthritis and no tools). The 'free kindling' included was actually taken from my delivery bags (as the logs were stacked for 3 X minimum wage cost.)

I have had my first delivery from Conwy Valley logs and am very pleased with the logs that were delivered. They arrived at the time given and the driver could not have been more helpful. Will be a ordering again in the next couple of days.
