After sticking one of our vehicles on Auto Trader and being bombarded with what can only be described as halfwits and retards ringing day and night, we eventually thought we would give this company a go. I can only describe the experience as very pleasant and professional. They offered a few hundred pound less than the online quote, which was fair enough as it took in to account some minor damage. I was happy to sell the vehicle and the whole event took less than 30 minutes.Totally hassle free and all going well, money will be in my account in the next 4 days.My attitude towards this company has changed, and I would certainly recommend if you want a hassle free experience.

Was looking around to sell my car possibly for scrap, after various emails thought I would try we buy any car got offered a great price 4 times more than the others). I was apprehensive & thought the price would be knocked right down when I went to my appointment couldn t be more wrong if I tried!! It took about 10mins and it was all done very polite man & top service. Thankyou

The guy was fine, but was determined to reduce the price of the car. If I needed to get more money and I had more time I would have sold it privately.

I did it. I sold my car to WBAC. I committed the unthinkable of selling it for possibly less than I could have gotten privately. (or did I?)One Saturday afternoon I had a text saying my valuation had gone up (marketing ploy) so I went to see it there were any appointments that afternoon. (it was 4.30). There were two left so I booked one. Minutes later I had a missed call from them advising what to take with me.I got down there with my documents and keys and books and met Lee Mitchell (branch manager I think), he looked over the car and we chatted about it. When it came down to it he made an offer on it. (note, my car was 1.5 years through a 3 year pcp agreement). The initial offer didn't cover the settlement figure so Lee jigged the figures and we came to something we agreed on. I still had to pay a bit to cover the settlement figure but it was about what I pay monthly anyway. I made payment to WBAC there and then for the difference and signed some paper and the car was sold. Lee advised me to cancel my service plan and insurance (was going to but nice he reminded me).TLDR: expected to be given a stupid offer, I wasn't. I couldn't fault Lee with his customer service. He was friendly, likeable and efficient. I'd definitely go there again to sell or even just for a quote.10/10 Philip Scofield's face was on literally everything and it kinda scared me but apart from that. Painless experience.

Selling a car has never been so easy. The person surveying the car was friendly and open and they gave me a fair price to sell the car quickly. Very happy with the service and would use them again.
