Straight from the carpark and straight into Berth 102( shame about the weather).We used to get our luggage picked up from the carpark but not this time.We struggled on. The excitement of walking in and going through the different stages of security is all part of the holiday with plenty of staff on hand to direct you .They were all very helpful.No time at all we were heading for our embarkation photos and then heading for the ship.Theres no feeling like it.

It's easy and quick to get to. Just needs a tidy up we should put all of our ships together and not next to cargo ships have its own designated are for all the cruise ships like new your.Just a organisation and modernisation would make the uks main cruise hub world leading

Lots of people arriving from the Norwegian Prima Cruise. The pick up of passengers is very organised. The personnel is very helpful.
