So far, the people from Thermaroof have been just what you want when thinking about a new conservatory roof. A young man arrived at lunch time to ask if I would be interested in changing the roof.Well, yes, I said. He then quickly conveyed the information I needed to make a decision on what I could choose and the following day I organised a meeting with the owner of the company.24th JANUARY 2019The meeting went very well and after a discussion on what the conservatory would look like after the work was carried out, I made the decision to change the roof.Within three weeks I was told.However a phone call came within a day and the work is being carried out in a weeks time. I will take photos of the roof as it is now, during the work, together with the finished work.I will post them when the work in completed.I have given five stars at present because that is what I think the company deserves for excellent service so far and for the straight forward information I received from them on what choices were available and the their photos of what the work could look like when finished.I kept glancing at the roof which was changing from the original white to yellow and making me think it needed changing before the summer arrives.Thursday 31st. JANUARY 2019Work in progress. All going well. Very efficient and pleasant workers.1st and 2nd of February 2019Oh my goodness. The workers deserve medals. The first day was very cold and they worked all day after they rescued themselves from the ice at Houghton le Spring. The second day was worse. Freezing and snowing all day. These workers are wonderfully dedicated and finished mid afternoon except for a very small amount of finishing off work inside the conservatory which will be finished on Monday.I am so pleased I had this work carried out as everything now looks so much better.Thank you Thermaroof Conservatories & an enormous thank you to all of you young men who braved the terrible weather to get a job finished on time.It was a great pleasure to meet you

We had a conservatory glass roof replaced with a traditional solid roof. The purpose is to extend the months during the year where we can use the conservatory I.e. cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter.Workmanship was very good. Team turned up promptly and got to work immediately. Just finished today and all looks good. Hopefully all will be well long term but if there was any issues I’m confident they would soon return to sort under the guarantee we got from them. Let’s hope there are no issues. We don’t anticipate any.Thanks to all the guys for the installation.

Although only had the roof installed yesterday so obviously still very early days, but very pleased with the three guys who carried out the installation, dovetailed well together in carrying out the build, very tidy and conscientious in ensuring we were satisfied with every aspect. Very pleased with the outcome and the look, and at a really great price, would certainly recommend anyone who is thinking of having this type of work done in the future that they give this company a ring for a quote,, I would be surprised if could be bettered, and hopefully the photos speak for themselves, and the end to moving polycarbonate boards (Yippee).

Superb new conservatory roof installation from the guys. Very competitive, straightforward no-surprises install, and all done in 2-3 days. What a transformation, and just wish we did it sooner, we now have a new room and it's soooo cosy!!!!!!

Overall pleased with the work done. Quickly, good quality and good price. We can now use the room a lot more. Knocked a star off because I have an issue with the lighting and have received no response to my complaint despite chasing them. Luckily it’s just a small issue but I don’t know what they’d be like if it was a bigger issue.

Extremely competitive quote, very professional work team, the team putting no time off to complete the roof conversion. The end result being a much more useable sun room rather than previously, at times, a too often red hot conservatory.

I have waited more than 6 weeks for the owners to arrange repairs to the roofRepairs are scheduled.

The workmen were great and, once started, the job was done amazingly quickly. There was no disruption to the rest of the house. I am very happy with the result and will be able to use the conservatory in the winter. Thermaroof provide good value for money.
