I'm not sure if I'd come back here, having given them enough chances. They always take so long to serve and always busy doing something in the background, possibly not pretending but still not sorting out the backlog.I have been weekly visiting since they opened; I see and understand their staff fluctuations, but to actually get your meal here can last up to 20 minutes from entering the restaurant - it's meant to be a fast food chain.The self service station never scans my loyalty QR code so I always have to rely on the till, prolonging my experience.The staff are polite but it just unfortunately does not help with serving customers any faster. Sometimes it literally looks like it needs an adult there among the team...The restaurant is often messy (which is somehow pointing fingers at messy customers as well as staff not clearing tables regularly) and so new customers clear tables and they can enjoy a sit-down meal.Staff pour something outside the restaurant into the bushes which flows down onto the pavement behind the restaurant. It begs a question of hygiene and COSHH.Someone also vandalises the back of the restaurant removing stonework which is unsightly and dangerous.Last but not least I have seen members of staff carrying food, probably from the High Street branch, without transportation. Appalling and disturbing. Pictures attached. So that staff are not identified or penalised, I cropped the photos.I guess this is my farewell to this restaurant...

I recently visited this establishment multiple times, and unfortunately, each visit has been a disappointing experience. During my most recent visit, we had to wait for 25 minutes to receive our food. While I understand that the place was busy and things may take longer than usual, it was still an inconvenience.To compound matters, I made the mistake of ordering my meal as takeaway. When I arrived home and opened the package, I discovered that the burger was severely burned. I attempted to take a few bites, but the quality was so poor that I had to discard it. Had I noticed the condition of the burger while I was at the counter, I would have requested a replacement or a refund.Furthermore, we had ordered 2 large fries, and one additional fry was supposed to come with the meal. However, we only received 2 large fries, which was not what we had expected.Given these repeated negative experiences, I have decided that in the future, I will prefer to visit another establishment, such as Burger King, located near the Services area. I feel compelled to share my dissatisfaction in the hope that the establishment will address these issues and improve their overall service quality.

Slowest BK I’ve ordered in a long time. To be fair, it seems the normal for BK these days. Always understaffed and with no form of management.I kinda feel bad for the staff. They’re still polite, but you can tell they’re massively out of their depth and understaffed.All the orders was taking at least 20 mins, customers complaining, every table was filthy. Crazy to think that this is a brand new location and BK have zero care about how the place is run.The food is always gonna be the same tasting, just the temperature may vary.If you like BK, I’d still come here, but except you’ll be there for 30mins before you’ve been served your food

Food is good quality for what you can expect from a fast food restaurant. Service is a little slow, but the food makes it worth the wait, and the vast selection of cold drinks is really nice and a welcome addition overall a good place to eat for reasonable prices.

Hadn't been to a BK for years and back then it was a beer soak up job on the way home. Now it's a real treat. Plant based whopper is really tasty, in fact the best I have tried. Salad always crispy, fries done perfectly and the Coke 0% hits the spot.Much more enjoyable than fish and chipsand seems healthier for some reason.Friendly service and general cleanliness is fine considering they run on a skeleton staff it seems.

Food is usually pretty good, but service is mental. 30 min wait, on multiple occasions. Only use Bk as hate maccies. Always understaffed, this can’t be recruitment, but, it’s been like this over a year. Greedy franchise owner i suspect. Never been in and there be a clean table.Noticed they even took away the table next to the drinks machine, if you are making 2 drinks, where do you put the second when filling it?? So stupid. Corporate abuse of staff, no doubt at all.

My family and I went to Burger King yesterday for ekheter, we spent over 40 pounds on 3 different burgers! my wife ate half a burger and felt that something was wrong, and our daughter was simply poisoned, she didn’t sleep all night and still feels bad, vomiting and stomach pain, I don’t recommend it!

Slow service but as expected, standard fare. New restaurant so you might let them off the lack of lids for the drinks, some of the order was not so hot by the time we got out
