Kruze dug out & laid a concrete slab for me ready for me to tile He was punctual very clean & top quality workmanship Very reasonably priced & overcame a few obstacles with ease & didn't do the usual builders tricks of trying to get extras He gave me some gd advice & I can not thank him enough Top man top work highly recomend to anyone Thanks Kruze

Didn’t complete work and left us severely out of pocket – NOT RECOMMENDEDCame to construct a 5 x 3.2 m concrete shed base, prior to him starting the work and us removing the old shed we noticed the soil was incredibly soft, a different approach was taken and the quote was revised.He was originally supposed to start work on 10th July but started on 11th (communication of this was poor a pattern we saw throughout), he worked until 13th but in between time spent half a day sorting his laborers van out as well as various trips out gone for 1-2 hours.We had bad weather on 14th , he turned up on Saturday to move some materials and took some tools for another job and said he would return on Monday 17th, he never turned up and had taken majority of remaining balance for the Job on 14th.He ignored messages and phone calls, kept promising to come the next day etc and never showed up, although he did have some personal issues it was obvious he had moved onto other customers, I have lost track of how many times he promised to come here and didn’t turn up .After 3 weeks of chasing and no sign of him we have had to find someone else to complete the job, we need to get this done as we are now way behind schedule.What has become apparent is he underestimated the building materials to complete the job by approximately 8 tons (an additional £700)!He removed a massive amount of aggregate from the area which could have been used in the shed base, every builder who has looked at it doesn’t understand why he didn’t do this! They all did say what he did will work but it was an unnecessary and expensive way of doing it.So we are now left severely out of pocket and are having to pay someone else to complete the work, our budget for the project is severely blown and we now have to find compromises.We have asked for some of the money back but have been greeted with complete silence.It should be noted also that despite requests we have had no invoice (a legal requirement) or break down of costs so we have had to estimate cost of materials based on customer retail prices, this of course doesn’t take into account claiming VAT back and trade discounts.Took the best part of 4K and left us with a partially filled hole in the ground, attached photo is how it was left.
