We are selling our home and damp was mentioned in the buyers survey of our property which we wanted to get properly checked out. After the inspection with Climate Solutions which was more thorough that the initial mortgage survey it was concluded that we did not actually have any damp at all. Climate solutions arrived at the time that I was given and was very polite and professional. I would not hesitate using or recommending in the future.

What a fantastic service. Very efficient and fast. We booked an appointment to survey a house we were purchasing and this was done within the week. He spoke to the estate agents and booked it in and reported back to us. Any queries were addressed and advise given. Would definitely recommend

Unprofessional, completely unreliable and almost nigh on impossible to have any communication with. Have tried to arrange for remedial work to a damp course completed 12 months ago for the past 2 months, but it’s obvious that Mr Dudley is just not interested. The ‘guarantee’ for the damp course is clearly just a meaningless piece of paper to be filed in the bin. Avoid!
