Preston Pro Taxis Ltd

I highly recommend Preston Pro Taxis. I use a wheelchair and find their vehicles very comfortable. Their drivers are extremely good, the driver last night even lent me his phone charger.

Prebooked a taxi in advance for a wheelchair user after looking at the website and the taxi firm advertising wheelchair accessible vehicles. Booking was straight forward and received a text message to confirm the booking and another on the day to say taxi was outside . I didn't book a return as i wasn't sure what time to book so asked for a card and said would it be fine just calling up later , to which they said . I called later on for a return taxi to be told it would be 10mintues, which was fine its a Saturday I hadn't prebooked, 15 minutes went passed with no taxi , called back up to be told i hadn't ordered a taxi and there is none for me, therefore currently stranded with a wheelchair user. had to call another local taxi firm who arrived on time great service and was £5 cheaper

A bit of delay but Ifan was very nice as we forgot the keys in the car and he brought them right back. Really good taxi drivers

Very rude. Ordered taxi. Waited outside for 20 mins taxi never came. When I rang them they said that taxi was waiting outside.The guy who answered my call was very rude. Will never use them again.

November excellent service and very helpful staff, had a complicated transport problem and was sorted quickly and efficiently.December 11th Brilliant drivers came to pick us up on time and the return journey was just as efficient. A cold day but no waiting around this is excellent service from start to finish. Will definitely use for our next event

Was using these to get home from work for a while. No issues up until one day, got a call telling they'd be 10 mins late. I said no problem, they ended up half an hour late. I figured it happens sometimes. Next time I get another call saying they'll be 10 mins late. I asked if it would actually be 10 mins as this is what they said last time, and if it takes 20+ I may as well have walked home. He assured me it would DEFINITELY be 10 because of x y and z. Wait 20 minutes and it's still not there, so I walked home. Don't need to be messed about after working an 8 hour shift, and if you're going to be Kate you can at least be honest about how late you'll be.

I selected and used the services of Preston Pro Taxis for my 2 local, a 2 hours long journey home. I stayed overnight at a hotel after arriving to Preston by train. All 3 driving journeys were booked and driven in a very professional manner, by 3 different drivers. They are very trustworthy and respectful.
