Kernow Reiki

My first time trying reiki. Eye opening. Awesome experience, Caroline makes you feel very comfortable and is so specific to your needs. Would recommend to anyone who wants to develop themselves spiritually or to overcome mental health issues!

Caroline provided me with the most beautiful and relaxing “mother roasting sealing ceremony” today!The experience began..with a cup of tea ☺️Caroline talked me through the different stages of the ceremony and explained the various natural herbs, oils and ingredients she would be using. She also provided a beautiful notebook for me to write my birth story, a cathartic experience I was able to complete after the ceremony.Whilst I fed my baby, she drew me a beautiful (and hot!) bath. Whilst I was relaxing in the water, she took care of my baby so I could completely relax and switch off, without having to worry if her needs were being met.Caroline then provided me with a delicious lunch, which I was able to eat with both hands, and without a baby in the sling - a rare occurrence!Then a powerful and emotive Reiki session, which I was able to experience with my baby in my arms. Followed by a warming belly paste and sacred bind.Caroline was nothing less than wonderful throughout this whole experience. She was calm, thoughtful, nurturing and kind.She allowed me for the first time in 10 weeks, to truly relax, both alone but also with my baby.I would highly recommend Caroline’s services to any post-partum mother. She will help you to feel rested and rejuvenated in a relatively short space of time! Thank you Caroline!

Today I had the “ultimate mama goddess package”. Oh my goodness what a treat! After being in the newborn bubble to have a bit of relaxation and time out, plus an added bit of baby bonding. I highly recommend this for any new mum. It felt healing in its self just knowing I was having a treat for myself. My 8 week old baby girl loved it as much as me, she was super relaxed and has been for the rest of the afternoon. I enjoyed some Indian healing food to start then a bath of dried flowers and herbs that was indulgent and smelt devine. This was followed by the reiki. I felt many sensations tingling, heat, and some pulsing. The energy and connection was so relaxing. Caroline made me feel completely comfortable and at ease during the treatment explaining everything. Looking after my baby while I took time in the bath. We finished with a belly rub and wrapping of the tummy. Thank you so much for this experience. Looking forward to a treatment again soon in the new hut x
