Amazing bespoke service from a hairdresser who really listens to what you want and develops a colour and style to suit your hair type and face... Bex is passionate about hair and making clients look their absolute best!

I had my hair cut and coloured by Sinead, she did such a wonderful natural look to my highlights, not easy to do while weaving in my grey hairs, I also have very thick hair, hairdressers often struggle to do a good cut, Sinead was fabulous. I was so happy and enjoyed the whole experience. They really care about there customers at Kokopelli, I highly recommend booking in, best hairdressers around.

Although Im obviously a bit biased, this was an excellent, post Covid haircut. Safe, professional and stylish.

The first time I ever went to a hairdresser and came out with what I wanted! Bex took time to find out about my needs and listened to me to get me the colour and cut that I wanted. I felt very safe as the salon is clean to very high level and PPE is in place. Definately will visit again and recommend!

This is actually my 2nd review, I deleted my first since the response by the owner was not the truth at all. It then got very convoluted as I edited my initial review in response to the lies, as you are unable to further respond.This first all got messy as I was unhappy with my hair after my visit and messaged the owner who was away. Without going into detail my experience and my hair was awful. The result of this was a back and forth for a while with the owner but ultimately was told I would get a refund, I'm still waiting for the refund.So Rebecca I'd really appreciate if you could fulfil what you said and process the refund and please stop responding on here with untruths for public perception. I have our private messages that completely show the truth.I was very understanding with the girl that did my hair and felt sorry for her so please stop making me out to be this awful person that made her cry. I empathised with her honestly.Why would you drag this out so long. I was left out of pocket with a bad colour.
