Dulux Decorator Centre

I ordered a QTech5 HVLP Turbine 5-stage Sprayer from the website, Cheapest price on the net.Next day had a call from Ian at the Cardiff branch telling me that there was a 3 week wait due to a manufacturing shortage (Same on most of the other websites I had tried) Ian said he would do his best to get me one sooner, I thanked him and said that would be great, the next day Ian called me back and said he had found one in the Bournemouth branch and had sent one of his boys down to collect it for me and delivered it the next day, so from 3 weeks to 3 days.I cannot thank Ian and his staff enough for going above and beyond with their customer service, Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

After purchasing a sample from the main Dulux website I found out that I was unable to order it online.However, I rang the Dulux Decorator Centre and they were very helpful and advised me to place an order via their website.I placed the order that was due to be delivered on Monday but then I received a phone call from this store offering to drop off my order as one of their colleagues lived in my area.This is amazing customer service and in such a difficult world this showed that customer service and helpfulness does still exist.I will definitely be returning and just want to say thank you for all of your help.

Been in twice in past 5 days. I am decorating a new room. I am no decorator. I needed help. Tim and Linda were just superb. So friendly. Professional. Caring No rushing. Listened to all my questions. Visited this location twice recently. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable and answered every question we had, which was quite a few. Would recommend anyone looking for paint to visit

I had a great experience here today. I really appreciated the time and attention from the staff to ensure that I got the best products and colours for our house. The staff even carried it all out to the car for me! Highly recommend.

I can honestly say that if it's customer service your looking for, your better off going to wicks. James had a very lazy demeanour. There was no manager to complain to as he was covering the store in Swansea and if it hadn't been for the help of Gary I wouldn't have bothered even looking.

Friendly and helpful staff, easy parking with tools and paint for any situation. Offers trade paints which are higher quality then the regular paint you find.

The girls in here were so helpful and friendly. Really cannot fault them. They sorted us out with a free litre of paint too. Excellent.

Useless. Didn’t have or even know of the existence of their trade acrylic gloss and tried to fob me off with something else. No mention of helping or trying to find the product so that it could be ordered. Ended up ordering from B+Q.
