Fantastic agency to work for. I have been working with CER for about 5 years now, and Phil Butler has been amazing. I have been signed up with this agency for a number of years. The Secondary Consultant, Adam Turnbull has found me short and long term supply depending on my availability to work. He has always tried to find me work locally and is always interested in how the school treats supply staff. He is an effective communicator and keeps in touch via emails and texts. He seems to be able to tailor work to the needs of the client. I have also found long term placements with the Special Educational Needs Co-ordinator who has been equally helpful and supportive. Would highly recommend the agency to those looking for teaching roles.

Probably the best agency I've worked for. Have been on placements everyday. Pay is always on time. Been on 2 longer term placements since joining over the 6 weeks holidays and bounced to different schools to get more experience as unqualified TA. It has given me the confidence that this is what I want to do as a career and given me the experience of which types schools I prefer. My agent Joe Black always checks in and always answers his phone if I have any concerns
