My partner had nail extensions with polygel which should have lasted 3-4 weeks her nails only lasted for 1 week. In addition to this she asked for almond shaped nails and they ended up appearing more square in shape. My partner had looked after her nails as she has done previously but they still came off after only 1 week. Contacted the salon for a refund only to be told that because it was a promotional offer a refund could not be given. The offer of having them redone by the same girl as last time, was not acceptable and pointless. If the nails are only going to last 1 week, what is the point of having them redone? Utterly unacceptable service - will not be returning!

My wife is a regular at this nail parlour and has always been totally satisfied with the service. The staff are notably friendly and helpful with a most professional understanding of the products they provide. I have no hesitation in recommending this service.

I have been to Kelsey 3 times now at this lovely salon and I can’t recommend her highly enough. She is absolutely passionate about what she does and it certainly shows. I was a little unsure about what to have done but she gave me great advice and my nails are absolutely perfect and I would 100% recommend her. It’s a lovely friendly salon and very welcoming. 10/10.

These ladies are awesome and they are the real deal when it comes to nails. No drills no cheap nasty products. So glad I found them :)

Always a relaxing experience here. Jules does a fabulous job of my nails with no harsh electronic filing. All of the ladies are friendly and the salon is beautifully presented . I book in every 2 weeks ... perfect.

Jules fitted me in at short notice to repair a nail. She did such a fabulous job I ended up getting both hands done. They look fantastic, it's amazing to watch a real professional in action. Thanks so much Jules, see you again!

I cannot recommend Julie highly enough! After moving to Stratford I was desperate to find somewhere for my gel nails. Had a dreadful experience somewhere else so was then back the drawing board! Julie immediately made me feel at ease and I have never had such an easy soak off. I love the shape and she recommended a colour to suit my skin tone. I love my nails again! Thank you so much!
